1- Leaving Home

CAMILAS POV

"Mercedes hurry up the taxi is on the way" I yell up the stairs to my 17 year old daughter

"Mom I'm going as quick as I can" she yelled back then she started making her way down the stairs with her suitecase

"No need to sass me" I say sternly and she rolls her eyes and hugs me and I hug her back

"Sorry" she says after she pulls away from the hug and she notices the tears in my eyes and she quickly cups my face with her hands and wipes my tears away "mom don't cry I'm going to see you soon" she tells me and I nod pulling away

"I know but your going to be gone the whole summer" I say and she laughs at me

"I love soccer mom and I am going to have a blast and I am going to see you when I come back" she says and I nod when we hear the taxi driver honk his horn and I lift up her suitecase and open the door and we walk towards the taxi and he gets out and puts the suitecase in the trunk as I hug her and I kiss her cheek and she kisses my forehead seeing how she is a little taller than I am

"Bye mom I love you and I will see you soon" she tells me

"I love you to Mercedes and I'll be right here when you get home" I tell her and she shakes her head laughing

"Have fun mom try not to miss me too much" she jokes getting in the taxi

"I'll try my hardest" I joke back and she laughs and waves as her starts driving away and I wave back and head inside after I can't see the taxi anymore and I sit in my living room. I am a professional singer and I go on tours a lot so Mercedes is home schooled and she comes with me but since she is leaving my manager decided to give me a break until she gets back. I sigh turning on the tv. 'Lauren Jauregui sets yet another record'... I switch the channel 'Lauren Jauregui is with us today, Lauren how do you feel about that last game you played' Chelsea brigs ask during an interview 'I feel amazing I mean I scored 4 points with two assists how could I not feel good, right. She laughs and I turn off the tv not in the mood to watch anymore. Lauren and I use to go to highschool together and I had the biggest crush on her. She is intersex and one night at a party I talked to her and one thing led to another and now I have a 15 year old daughter. She doesn't now about Mercedes, I didn't want to tell her I was pregnant because she had a scholar ship to a college to play soccer and I didn't want to interfere with her career. She graduated right after I found out I was pregnant so I never saw her again.

MERCEDES POV

After I get into the taxi I hand the guy a address and lets just say I'm not going to soccer camp. About 2 hours later the car stops Infront of a huge mansion and I get out of the taxi giving him a 50 dollar tip he thanks me then pulls off. I walk up to the gate with huge letters L.J. In it and I turn to the intercom and press the button

"Welcome to the jauregui residence how may I help you" someone says into the speaker

"I'm here to see Lauren she is my aunt" I lie and the gate opens and I walk up the driveway to see a butler waiting at the front door

"Hello I am George and I will go get ms.jauregui if you follow me" I tells me then we walk into the mansion and he leads me to the living room and tells me to sit down and then he leaves. A few minutes later I hear people talking then footsteps and then my mom walks into the room and I stand up and she looks at me with wide eyes

"George could you leave us alone for a little while please" she ask and he nods going somewheres else

"Um who are you" she ask taking a seat on the couch Infront of me. I roll my eyes at her stupidity you can clearly tell I'm her kid I look just like her
