I'll Be Your Soldier (Before You Exit)

The Incident

As per usual Toby and I didn't get much sleep last night. We just chilled in the back lounge again just talking.

At about 6am Toby had fallen asleep again so I quietly got up and left. I walked down the front lounge to see Connor and Riley up.

"What you guys doing up so early?" I asked.

"Don't even know." Riley said and Connor nodding in a agreement.

"Gracieeee, you look like shit." Connor says.

"That would be because I got maybe 2 hours of sleep last night." I say grabbing something to eat.

"Toby couldn't sleep again?" Riley asks.

"Yep and I'm afraid if I fall asleep he will do something that will harm himself."

"Go have a sleep, Riley and I will watch him." Connor says pointing to the bunks.

"Thanks." I say smiling.

I must have slept for like 4 hours. I was awoken to yelling coming from the back lounge.

"Ughhhhh why do I always lose?" Connor says as I walk through the door. They are playing fifa by the way.

"Because you suck." I say laughing.

"Alright if I suck then I think you should play me." He says

"Oh it's on." I say grabbing an controller.

We played the game and I won 4-1.

"Told you, you sucked." I say throwing the controller on the couch beside me.

"Connor, you just lost to a girl, how is that possible??" Toby asks.

"Shut up Toby." He says laughing.

"Guyssssss I want McDonalds." I say whining.

"Then let's go to McDonald's." Riley says. We all got up and I got changed quickly and we left for McDonalds.

I was walking with Poppy talking about who knows what when I noticed that Toby was walking by himself and there were some girls approaching him.

"Look it's little Toby Mcdonnough, you should leave know likes you." The blonde one said pushing him to the ground.

"Connor, Riley." I say.

"What." They say in unison

"BEHIND YOU!!!" I yell at them. Resulting in them both looking.

"Why are you even in the band, your brothers probably only let you be in the band because they had to." The brunette on said kicking Toby repeatedly.

"STOPPPPP." I yelled.

"Don't tell me what to do." The blonde on said.

"OH I'LL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO, STOP HURTING MY BROTHER LITTLE SHIT AND PISS OFF." I say while Connor and Riley help Toby up. Toby was currently sobbing into Connors shoulder.

"Let's go." I say walking over to Toby.

When we arrived everyone went to order apart from Toby and I. We found a seat and sat down. Toby sat beside me leaning his head on my shoulder.

"Are you alright?" I ask.

"My ribs really hurt and I have a headache." He replies.

"Maybe we should get that checked out." I say.

"No it will be okay."

The others come over with our food and we sat in silence eating.

"Toby you have to eat something." I say.
