Chapter 12: Proposal

Manahil's P.O.V:

We were sitting on the table eating breakfast. "Zee beta hum nay tumhare liye larki select ki hai" mom said and zee bhai choked on his food. I handed him a glass of water and patted his back softly while controlling my smile. "Thank you" he said and I nodded.

"KIA" zee said. Bari jaldi yaad agay... "han or tum logon ki engagement hai next week" mom said and he choke on the air now and me and neha laugh. He shot us glares and we shut our mouths "par mom mainay abhi parna hai" he complain "han to parho...engagement karlo bas phir shadi parhae kay bad" mom said and he made a face.

"Mom meri chorain in dono ka sochain" he said pointing at us and my hand halted on his way to my mouth "ye dono abhi choti hai" mom said and I grin victoriously and showed him my tounge. "Tumhari engagement next week hai or hamai tayariyan bhi karni hai theek hai" mom said more like ordered and he made a sad face.

He look at me and I gave him a kissy face and he chuckle. "Fineeeee....but first show me who is she" he said and mom shook her head "not till your engagement" mom said "WHAT" zee said and mom giggle "mazak kar rae thi we lo dekh lo" she said handing him the image.

He looked at it and wasn't taking his eyes of the picture. I put my elbow on his shoulder softly "kesi hai" I ask softly "beautiful" he said and I smile "han kardon" I ask and he nodded "yayyyyyy bhai ko pasand agae" I said and he broke out of his trance and look at me wide eye. "Shukar hai allah tera...muahhhhhhh" mom said and kissed his forehead who was blushing a deep color of red.

Me and neha chuckle looking at him and he chuckled too. I hug him and neha too and we shared a group hug. "Chalo ab chalain late horaha hai" bhai said and we nodded. We bid our byes and went out of the house. We sat in the car and drove off.

We reach Uni in 10 mins and I literally ran out of the car towards my class because only 1 min was left before school start. I reach the door of our class and peek in sir was not here and went in sighing in relief. I enter in my class and hussain look at me and smile I smile back and he picked his bag up gesturing me to sit with him.

I went there "Hey" I said while sitting "Hi" he said and I took my book out that we have to read today. "Morning Students" sir said "GOOD morning sir" we said and he nodded "lagta hai inki morning good nae thi aj" I whisper to hussain "Biwi nay jootay mar mar kar ghar say nikala hai shayad" hussain said and I chuckle.

Sir started the class and we read through the book and it was sooooooooooooooooo boring....URGGGHHH....I hate this book. Class was finish and now we were in our dance class. Ma'am enter in the class and went up on the stage to her table "Good Morning students" ma'am said and we greet back.

"Okay students pair up" ma'am said and clap her hands. Me and hussain paired up he put his one hand on my waist and the other was in my hand. I put my other hand on his shoulder. Ma'am play the song and we start to sway side to side. "Okay today you all will do some twirling and back bending" ma'am said and we all nodded.

"You have to listen to the song carefully and bend and twirl on the right rhythm" ma'am said and increase the volume. We were listening to the song carefully the twirling part came and hussain twirled me. He put his hand back on my waist and I put on his shoulder. After some seconds bending part came and he bend me securing his arms around my waist and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

He pull me back up and we sway in the same position. "Good job...both of you" ma'am said pointing at us and we grin looking at eachother. We did that again and agian and soon class was finish.

We went to Mr Taylors Class and start practicing. Today we have to practice when romeo propose juliet. "Okay...you both ready" sir ask and we nodded "And Action" sir said. I had to walk away from there when hussain hold my wrist and made me turn facing him. He went on his knees. His hand slipping down to my hand.
