Peter Parker stares at the numerous test results he ran and finds himself completely flabbergasted at the results. He knew he had changed, theorized it had been more radical than he led himself to believe but...
His cell membrane produces an extraordinary amount of bioelectricity, usually a person while at rest emits roughly a hundred watts but he generates quadruples that.
Bioelectricity is used for all types of things in the body like nerve impulses, muscle contractions, organ development and behavior. It's used for everything.
Frankly with the amount he's creating it makes some sense why his need for sleep and eating lessened. It couldn't replace the basic functions but the reason spider's didn't sleep or eat as much as other creatures is because the amount of energy they consumed is sparse and with the amount of energy he's producing such activities just haven't been as needed.
Moving on; his skin, muscles, and bones are tougher as they produce a chitin-like lining to the cells which allows them to act like a spider's exoskeleton.
Given the nature of a spider's exoskeleton he also examined his eyes and found the corneas, the outer layer of the eyes, having similar properties.
He also learned that the top layer of his skin or the epidermis produces a wax that keeps his water retention high explaining why despite not drinking any water during his two week frenzy he didn't experience any dehydration.
His muscle fibers are densely packed and layered over each in a weave-like faction which not only make them stronger but create a bouncy effect that greatly enhances his agility. His connective tissue and tendons are also altered becoming extremely elastic which would make him beyond flexible.
And as he thought he developed a secondary circulatory system closely intertwined with the original, it even had its own heart stationed just behind the one he was born with beating in sync with it. It's just as complicated as a human's but it's open, directly bathing his innards with the concurrent blood and creating a hydraulic-like pressure which increases his physical abilities even further.
Oxygenating the secondary circulatory system is the outer layer of his lungs; the flesh developed overlapping membranes filled with his concurrent blood otherwise known as book lungs.
The oxygen wasn't delivered by his mouth but by a spiracle just beneath his diaphragm. You could barely see it as the opening only revealed itself when he took a deep breath.
Surprisingly, or unsurprisingly, he grew seven additional organs, silk glands, located in each of his forearms and several new bone structures which he guessed were arthropod legs located midway on his spine. They were both infantile and were most likely secondary sex characteristics for his species and would mature as he did.
That wasn't even everything! His neurons and nerves were enlarged probably to compensate for his incredibly complicated anatomy.
His enlarged nerves allowed for faster signals which explained his absurd reflexes while his bigger neurons emitted non-ionizing radiation similar to radio waves that are susceptible to the minute changes in electric fields explaining not only his spider-sense but his wall-climbing ability.
He must be subconsciously monitoring electrons in relation to his immediate vicinity and when detecting danger his neurons send a jolt in warning. It must also allow him a degree of control over these electromagnetic fields through his bioelectrical field.
The systems that maintain his equilibrium have also been enhanced by various factors such as the hair cells in his inner ear had being altered into trichobothria, sensory hairs spiders' have, and his nerve endings became thicker.
