chapter 9

Nico PoV

Being with Antonio is heavenly. After all these years apart, it was nice to just be with him. I wanted to tie him to chair and never let him leave. I wanted to say something, catch up a bit, but i was enjoying the silence way too much. I looked to where he was on my shoulder. Gods he is perfect
"I'm tired, may i take a nap in your lap?" He asks. His accent was still there. It was comforting to hear. My face heats up at the thought of his head on my lap, I nod anyway. He gave me a small, crooked smile. He set his head on my lap, and fell asleep right away.
Antonio and I share the same the same dark hair. His is soft and wavy, while mine is flat and in need of a good wash. I sigh as I watch him sleep. He was truly a child of Aphrodite. Handsome in every way possible, and holy Hades dont get me started on his jawline. My favorite feature are his eyes though. Deep green eyes. Demeter could only dream of making something as green as his eyes are.
His looks aren't the only thing I adore about him. He is very kind, and giving. So selfless. He's funny too. He was the only person who could make me laugh whenever I was sad. Although he grew up mostly on the the streets, he is very intelligent. Having conversations with him was always my favorite thing to do. I'm going to take full advantage of him being here.
I continue to stare at him. I begin to feel akward, like a teenage stalker. I tried to look away, but I couldn't. I guess I can get away with it for now. The urge to run my fingers through his hair came over me. 'Wow nico, slow down a bit. No need to pet him.' , I resist for maybe about a minute before I give into my temptation. My fingers gently run themselves through his hair. To my surprise, he rubs against them. He actually starts to purr. I remove my hand quickly
"Don't stop. Please don't stop." He mumbles. With a red face I start to pet him once more. Soon I fall alseelp as well
