Barbara

Fred was changed after his pet hamster. He started to constantly speak in rhyme. even worse, he would constantly smile no matter what was happening around him. His grin keeps me up at night. His creepy, slow, calm voice is why I can't read Dr Seuss to my children. Now, you may be wondering when I first discovered this psychotic man. The true awnser is 1949. From 1927 to 1948, there was no recorded criminal activity from Fred. It is not known why. It's possible he was trying to control himself, it's also possible no lucrative prey was around Fred, but that all changed in 1949. In this year he found his first love, Barbara. And Barbara is possibly the most interesting part about Fred. Surprisingly, Fred didn't choose to "be naughty" until a few months into the relationship. The optimist in me says he waited because he loved her. The pessimist in me says it's because he was waiting for the perfect strike. The realist says it doesn't matter because she's gone. Regardless, he chose the night of their senior prom. The prom went well from interviews with the students, nothing odd happened. The tragic events occurred during the walk home from the prom. It's unknown how, but Fred got her to follow him, her house being in the other direction, they went to an abandoned barber shop that was not yet used for another business at the date of the crime. (most likely because it was far from the closest town) this was where freaky Fred took this poor innocent girl's life. By the time she was found, all that was left was a small amount of flesh and dried blood permanently stuck on the floor. (It is unknown what happened to the rest of Barbara. Cannibalism is suspected, but there is no evidence of this) teenagers were questioned after Barbara was reported missing by her parents about five days after the prom. Eventually, they questioned Fred, who admitted to the murder. For his crimes, he was sent to the "Marcus bagge juvenile detention center"
