Okay, so this note is a little headcannon for the readers. This story won't be a normal adoption story.
What I mean by these words is that in most of the adoption stories, there is a girl, her parents die, maybe they were abusive or either didn't care about their child, and suddenly her idol or favorite actor just appears out of thin air and adopts them like 'hey u girl, the one sitting by the windowsill I wanna adopt you'
So she goes home, get spoilt have school and paparazzi drama or keep mourning over their parents loss and you have no idea what the story's plot is going, no matter how good the writing is.
Here Is where the protagonists face fear, obstacles, decisions, learn how to find the light at the end of the tunnel without being dependent on anybody, and more importantly, face themselves without breaking down.
So this story is about the huge battle the girls faced with themselves and their choices, and how they survived.

"Oi Luna!"
"Luna! Luna! GIVE IT BACK!"
A small 7 year old girl was currently chasing her twin through their best friends house.
Why? You ask.
Well, Luna had stolen Tara's most prized possession ( A space encyclopedia ) and was threatening to throw it out of the window.
Why would a 7 year old's prized possession be a space encyclopedia?
Well, the kid was strange.
After about 10 minutes of chasing, Tara got fed up and sat on the ground, both hands and legs folded, with an ugly pout.
Then, in an attempt to cheer herself up, she put her hand in her dress's pocket, and pulled out something.
That something being a beautiful blue rose.
Earlier that day, mami and papi had taken both the girls to a flower shop, before dropping them to their friend's house, and Tara found a pretty blue rose among the lilies and hyacinths. Mami had noticed her daughter gazing at the rose, and bought it for her.
Since that time, Tara had carefully carried around that rose in her dress pocket, and would check on it every hour.
As she was staring at the rose, with a blank face, she heard a light chuckle behind her.
"Boy, Luna really annoys you a lot, right Tara?"
Tara hummed in response, her gaze still not shifting from the flower.
Suddenly, she heard a little 'thump' beside her.
That was not Luna, but Tara's bestest friend, Alexandra.
"Tara, Don't you want to get revenge? I mean, you must be really mad..."
To that, Tara smirked, and put her other hand inside her pocket, only to draw out a red rose, which was of course, purchased by Luna.
All of a sudden, a few rose petals of each rose floated down.
Mami had warned Tara that the rose would wilt, if she carried it around like that.
Tara got up, put the roses back in her pocket, determined to find a water source.
Only to be distracted a few seconds later, by the cries of milkshake.
There, deep in her pocket, the roses laid forgotten.
Alex's mother was currently trying to find the children to treat them to milkshakes.
She had been working the full day, and was determined to laze back and watch some Telly after the milkshakes were given.
After serving the little balls of endless energy, she plopped on the sofa, and started surfing through the channels.

There, she caught sight of a very familiar building, enveloped in flames.
She let out a small scream, only to then take out her cell and dial her friend's number.

She called again.
This-
Panicking, she rushed out of the house, dragging both the twins and Alex to the car.
Then, she went the fastest she could to her desired location.
Both of the twins were currently very confused as to what was happening, but decided to keep quiet.
Luna was staring out of the car window, and as they passed, she spotted many familiar surroundings.
Finally they stopped.
Luna looked out and nearly screamed.
Her full house was on fire.
Tara also noticed after a few seconds, and they both bursted out of the car, despite Alex's mother screaming not to.
The fire brigade were already there, trying their best to put the fire out.
But it was too big.
Both of them started wailing for mami and papi, and their neighbours tried to console both of them that they were safe.
Only if they were...
The building looked worse than ever, but suddenly, they saw their parents rushing out.
Tara started running toward them, only to be pulled bacby a fireman.
"DON'T!"
And then suddenly, Tara was thrown back hard into the ground, as the building exploded into little pieces.
"MAMI! PAPI!"
Before she knew it, Luna was sobbing beside her, and Alex's mother trying to console them, although she herself was in despair.
Tara weakly put her hand inside to draw out the roses, but as she felt around, she could only feel two sticks and something soft.
Grabbing both thing, she yanked her hand out of her pocket, to see herself holding two stems and a mixture of red and blue petals.
The sight only made Tara sob harder, if she could.
She let her roses wilt.
She let her mami and papi's roses wilt.
