So Detective Conan and Magic Kaito 1412 is one of my favorite anime, but since Detective Conan is longer then Magic Kaito 1412, the timeline is going to be focused on the anime Detective Conan.
So at the beginning of every chapter, on the very top, the name of the episode from Detective Conan or Magic Kaito 1412 should show up. That episode is where I'll be basing from, so you should watch that episode first.
Also, this is going to be the OC x All males. (Mainly, Shinichi Kudo, Kaito kid, Sagura Hakuba, and Hattori Heiji. (And maybe Bourbon AKA Rei Furuya)
