It has been 1 month since Naruto and his team paased the chunin exams.

Naruto had just woken up in his room at 5 in the morning. He had been non stop doing missions as a chunin. Partly because it was needed due to a slight undermanning in kiri's forces. But mostly because he really didn't know what to do with his free time.

Something about being in constant chaos throughout the majority of one's life. It had reshaped Naruto's mind into subconciously looking for chaos, fights, and action.

Today however... he was forcibly free due to no available missions.

'Damn... i have nothing to do this day. And Haku-chan is gonna be busy, fuck' Naruto thought

"Kit you really need to get a hobby" Kyuubi scolded the blond from inside his head.

'Everything else is... so... boring'

"Have you tried anything else?"

'Well i... actually no not really. Just weed and that lysergic acid stuff. Can't seem to find either.'

"Yeah you're not gonna be finding shit here. I have no idea how your sensei gets her weed but you should start asking there... if not the person responsible for such a lack of drugs in this village. Is sleeping on the room next to you go tell her something about that"

'I don't think nee-sama would be very appreciative of that...'

"Kit you get away with so much already, why not hehehe?"

'I don't get away with that much'

"When you slaughtered Gato's small army with no consideration whatsoever of rules of engament and no permission to? Or that chuunin you choked to death in Konoha? The rift into a hell of infinite war we kinda left open in an undisclosed location in training grounds 44"

'Well... You're right, i just wanted to hear it come from you. I take pride in my work'

"I'd classify it as our work"

'Then stop giving me shit for it?'

"NO, im making a good point"

'That i should go and tell nee-sama, the sole reason i am able to live here. That i find it boring here because she is too strict on narcotics and recreational drugs?'

"Yes"

For the next 2 hours Naruto pondered on what to tell Mei prior to her waking up.

30 minutes later Mei had woken up, and was begining to get ready for her workday. Naruto had taken it upon himself to make her breakfast. She thought it very sweet, though the blond did it mostly to avoid her cooking .

She had groggily strutted in, and out of the bathroom in a quick fashion.

Then she proceeded to sit down on the dining table where the Namikaze had left her breakfeast.

Naruto did something he didn't tend to do in the Morning with Mei. He let his guard down and spoke in the most honest way possible for his intentions.

"Nee-Sama?" No Fake smile though no emotionless stare. Just Eyes That Showed a Soul Too Troubled For It's Own Good.

"Naruto, how are You today? You seem a bit disturbed..."

"I Don't Think I Enjoy Days Off Right Now..."

"Huh" Mei nonchalantly muttered as she stared at her breakfeast... Now with a closed stomach"

"Idle Hands..."
