*Paiges POV*
After all the times he had, I drove us back the hotel to get ready. "Is Roman coming?" "Yeah. AJ?" "Yup. She's pretty excited." Dean nodded, and pointed to the hotel. "There." Once we parked, I checked the time. "DEAN. WE ONLY HAVE HALF AN HOUR TO GET READY LETS GOOOOO." I ran through the lobby, not by the ring to wait for slow-ass Dean. Not only did I have to change, but I had to shower, do my makeup, and AJ's, because she can't do eyeliner for the life of her, and drive to the club Nikki and Brie had rented out. I burst through the door where AJ was in a towel. "Showers all yours." She says. I showered and wrapped myself in a towel, drying my hair with another. I threw on an oversized sweater and sweatpants. When I unlocked the door, AJ was shuffling through the closet for her dress. She had begged me to wear a dress with her because she didn't want to stand out so much, and being the amazing friend I am, I went out and bought a dress. It was just a midnight blue and black gradient with white splattered at the bottom, accompanied by black flats. Simple, but pretty. AJ had a red and purple gradient silky dress, and royal purple flats. While AJ curled her hair, I straightened mine. "PAIGE! Eyeliner?" I heard AJ call out to me. I switched off the straightener, and helped AJ. After finishing my makeup, I grabbed my little purse and grabbed AJ's hand, rushing out the door. While I asked AJ to drive, I shot a text to Dean.
P- running late xP see you in 5.
*Deans POV*
I had already arrived at the club with Roman, and we were having a few drinks. While Roman was chatting with John, I looked around the bar. Drunk people, couples, laughing, drinking. I wish Paige were here. My phone buzzed and I opened a text from Paige.
P- running late xP see you in 5. I sighed. I guess I'll have to wait.
*Paiges POV*
We arrived at the club, where Nikki and Brie greeted us. "Hey girls! We thought you weren't coming!" Brie spoke. "We wouldn't want to miss it. I smiled. "Well the party's inside!" Nikki said, leading us inside. AJ caught up with Adrian, and I looked around for Dean for a few minutes. I finally gave up looking. He was probably busy. Then I turned around. He was busy alright. Busy making out with Renee.
*Deans POV*
"Hey, Dean." A seductive voice said behind me. I spun around to see Renee. "What?" I spat, scowling. "Hey, calm down, baby. I know you have feelings for me. I saw that look in your eyes." She smirks. "The look that was filled with absolute hatred? Well, your eyesights the only thing right with you." She frowned, and then slyly smiled. "Playing hard to get? I can play that game." All of a sudden, she attached her arms and legs around me, and pressed her lips to mine. I tried pushing her away, but she grabbed my head and pushed it closer to her.
*Paiges POV*
I felt my knees go weak and my legs shake. "You ok, Champ?" John had snuck up behind me. Tears formed in my eyes and I pointed with a shaking finger to Dean and Renee. I saw Johns looks of fury, right beforeI ran away. I saw AJ and Adrian talking to Nikki and Brie. I grabbed AJ's arm. "I'm going." My voice quivered, and tears streamed down my face. "Why? What happened?" Nikki asked me. They all looked concerned, and I pointed to Dean and Renee, crying. Adrian looked pissed, but AJ was about to kill. Nikki and Brie were fuming, but they nodded. "Don't stay is you're not comfortable. You can go. It's ok. We're not offended. Go, Paige." Brie said gently. Nikki nodded. "O-ok." "I'm going with her." AJ rubbed my back. Adrian hugged me, and nodded at AJ. Nikki and Brie squished me in a group hug, and AJ lead me out.
*Deans POV*
I saw her go.
*Paiges POV*
AJ made me some soup while I cried. I stared down at my neck, remembering that day. It was all a lie. I ripped off the necklace and threw it at the wall, hearing it crack, which gave me a little relief. "You never loved me." I choked out. I cried in AJ's arms while she held me for the rest of the night.
