After the guy told us that, he ran away like we were going to kill him.

Us.

Kill him.

Maybe not all of us, but definitely Maddie and Kane. Anyway Kane took Maddie and carried her back to where Molly, Aaron, and Cody were. Aaron wolf whistled because of the way Kane was holding Maddie (wedding style).

"Aaron you are so lucky Maddie is unconscious because if she wasn't then you would probably be the one that's unconscious." I said.

Aaron looked away." Shut up." he muttered.

Maddie started stirring. Molly whispered to Aaron " Oh, you are so lucky. Don't say anything this time. Please?" He blushed somewhat and nodded.

I went over to sit next to Cody when Maddie Woke up and yawned. Kane went over to a tree, sat Maddie down and then sat down next to her.

After that, I started to talk to Cody about how much Maddie and Aaron fight. Then the conversation moved to how much Aaron and Maddie were alike. I swear they're like brother and sister.

Later on that day we were still in the woods. We stopped and found a couple of blue berry bushes and had a meal off of those. After that, we were off again. As we started to walk again, I stayed in the back of the group so i could think for a little while.

"Earlier today you asked me about what I thought about Molly. Now I have a question for you." Said Aaron, interrupting my train of thought.

"What's the question?" I asked. Please don't ask the question...

"What do you think of Cody?" Dang it! He asked the question.

"I think he's pretty cool, he's great to have a conversation with, and I think that you guys are really lucky to have a friend like him." I left out 1 tiny detail.

" Yeah, sure. We're going to finish this conversation later on." He can be really creepy at times.

I was left alone until Maddie and molly slowed down to catch up with me.

"So what do you think of the boy's?" Maddie asked.

"Well...Aaron seems annoying but really likes you, molly. I couldn't get anything out of Kane yet, and Cody's pretty cool." Molly blushed.

"Yet? Come on Kassidy. All three of us know that you can do better. Now go ask Kane what he thinks of me!" Maddie whispered.

"Only if Molly asks Cody what he thinks of me." I'm kind of glad I got that out.

"Why can't I do it?" Maddie asked. 

"Because I'm afraid that you might break his nose if he says something that you don't like. Plus, I'm going to get it out of Kane before Molly talks to Cody and if you were to talk to him you would be all giddy up on what he said that you'd forget what to say." Man, my sixth sense ROCKS!!! All Maddie did was blush and turn away. "And molly has seen my technique before. No offense, Maddie." 

"None taken, i guess." She said.

"OK. Molly. POP QUIZ: What do you ask first? Answer quick!"

"What do you think of so and so? In this case it would be Kassidy."

"Correct! How many questions can you ask without it being too many?"

"Minimum-three. Maximum-five to seven"

"Good job. Pop quiz over. I'm going to go talk to Kane. I'll be back with the info. in about 5 to 10 min."

I ran ahead to catch up with Kane Who was leading the group.

"OK, spill it." I said.

"Spill what?" Kane asked.

"What you think about Maddie. And don't even think about pulling out that card."

"What-"

"You and I both know what embarrasses and scares you the most and if you don't tell me what you think of Maddie, then I will scream it for the world to hear. Even nice girls can be evil sometimes." I smiled like a sweet little girl scout would.

"I think that she hates Aaron."

"You and I both know that that's not what I meant."

He cursed silently. "Oh. She's cool. So, what do you think of Cody?" I know that it's more than that. I can see it in his eyes.

"Don't change the subject and you'll go far, kid." I patted his head and skipped over to Cody.

" Hey Kass. Can I call you Kass?"

"Yeah, absolutely!"

"OK. So, what did you want to talk about?"

"Nothing really. I just wanted to walk with you."

"OK."

We walked for a little while in silence." *gasp* I forgot to tell Molly and Maddie something! I'll talk to you later."

 I skipped over to Maddie and Molly.

"How was it?" Maddie asked.

"I threatened him." I said.

"YOU THREATENED HIM!?" Maddie asked, obviously outraged.

"But I still got the answer out of him."

"WELL THEN TELL US!" Molly said.

"All he said was 'she's cool'," Maddie had a disappointed face so i finished my sentence. " but it was more than that. I could see it in his eyes."

"Kassidy, thank you so much!"

"You're welcome!" I pushed Molly. "Now go talk to Cody!"
