Three cheers for crappy titles am I right?
We made our way down to the adoption hall and I saw Amy, one of the workers here, wink at me and smile. I didn't know if that was good... or bad.
"Okay, I see there are only about 20 of you so I'll start at the beginning. Alyssa, you go first." The mother of the orphanage said. I glared at Alyssa, I hated her with a passion.
A few minutes later, she came out crying. Damn. This man must be harsh.
"Elana. Your turn sweetie." Oh god, I can't do this. My heart is beating at least a hundred beats a second.
I slowly get out of my chair, shaking with fear. As I reach the conference room door, I slowly turn the knob. I look down and walk to the chair, i then hear a man sit down next to me. I could smell coffee.
"Hey." The ma- wait. He sounded familiar. No, it isn't. It can't. I slowing look up to see the one and only Gerard Way sitting next to me.
"G-gerard?" I stutter. Ugh im so lame. But I hear him laugh?
"I see you know who I am, but please. Call me dad, only if you want."
"Im sorry I'm not th- wait what? Oh my gee! Thank you thank you thank you!" I screen with happiness. I've never been adopted before.
"Now what's your name sweetie?"
"Elana..." I saw his breath hitch. Did I do something?
"Of course you did something. You're not interesting, who in there right mind would want you?"
No they can't be back, not here. Not now.
"Elana, sweetie what's wrong? Why are you crying?" I was crying?
"Nothing," I lied, "I guess I'm just happy to finally be adopted."
"Okay? You go pack your stuff she I fill out the paperwork." He made a funny face which made me laugh. I quickly ran to my room and began packing.
"Do you honestly think he wants you? Look at yourself. You're fat, ugly, and stupid. I'll be damned if he doesn't bring you back tomorrow."
"Shut up, you're wrong." I whisper so no one can hear me.
"Who are you talking to?" Ge- I mean dad asked.
"What? Oh no one." Way to go Elana, starting out with lies.
"Okay, let's get going. I have someone I want you to meet." He grinned.
Did he mean Lyn-Z? I've always wanted to meet her.
