It's been a couple of days since I saw Jessie with that guy at the bar. Since then he's dropped her off and picked her up they've even kissed but holly keeps reassuring me that he's just a "friend" not like I need any assurance after all Jessie and I are not together. We Never Were. Eva well Eva has been MIA since the last time we've talked I think she's either hiding something or avoiding me which In my defense I've done nothing wrong we're not even in a relationship I don't even know what we are at this point It feels like high school all over again

"So I didn't see you at the gig" I heard holly say

"I wasn't invited" I said nonchalant cleaning done cups

"Technicals you were but then you uninvited yourself so yea" she says sitting across from me

"Well anyways it's not like I would have been missed she apparently had my- I mean that ticket reserved for ...speaking of the devil there she comes with her boyfriend" I said moving away from holly

"I swear they are just friends" she whispered

As I made why way to the back i couldn't help but to listen to Jessie tell holly how her meeting with the record label went

"They signed me Hols" she said hugging her bestfriend

I couldn't help but smile i knew she would get it that's why I left her gift in her locker maybe things won't be so on edge with us once she see's what I got her I was truly happy for her

"Why don't we celebrate babes" I hear Mr boyfriend say

"It's way to early" Jessie said

"No not at all never to early to celebrate your accomplishments babe" he said

"HEY WAITER CAN A COSTUMER GET SOME SHOTS OVER HERE" I hear him yell

As I was making my way to the bar area i saw him staring there looking at the liquor ion the shelves

"About time hey can I get three shots of tequila horneitos pronto" he said
