Thomas: With Thomas your job is a track-hoe. You're a track-hoe because Thomas doesn't want to risk losing you and trusts Newt to take care of you.

Newt: Being Newts you get to be his second in command in training! So really all you have to do is follow Newt around and take notes on how the gladers are doing.

Minho: You're a runner! No shock! He loves having you as a runner because you two can easily talk and hold hands while running.

Gally: With Gally you're his little Builder... He loves being able to easily talk and kiss you... Wich you don't object to...

Ben: Being Ben's he doesn't like you out in the maze but every now and then he'll let you... You mainly help Jeff and Clint out in the medjacks room though.... You don't get to see him often but he gets a lot of off days!!
