Chapter 3~An upcoming... DATE?!

Jellals POV

I woke up early today so I wouldnt be late again. I got up, got dressed, brushed my teeth, ate breakfast, grabbed my backpack and left. I was a little sleepy to be honest but I had to go to school so I tried to forget about it. I kept on walking forward untill I reached Erzas house.

I stopped walking and looked at her house. I had no reason but I kind of wanted to see Erza again. I was standing there when the door of her house opened and Erza appeared before me. My eyes widened as I saw her and was about to start walking but I knew that would be rude. "Do you want to go to school together?" I asked nervously and I felt my cheeks heat up "S-Sure" she said as nervously as me and smiled leaving a pink blush on her face. It was really cute...
We started walking and didnt talk only when we arrived at school. "So... We are here" Erza said and looked at me "Yes..." I mumbled "U-Um I guess I will see you... after school?" she asked and smiled "Yes, Im going to wait for you by the entrance so we can walk to our houses together." I said and blushed a pink color "Okay" she said and waved goodbye as I did.

I could see Erza walking in the hallway in front of me. I then realized we were in the same Physics class! Our professor was ms. Alberona and she was nice. I never had noticed Erza in our class because I am always busy trying to avoid girls that chase me around school and even stalk me sometimes. People say I am too popular and thats why this happens. I walked in the class to see Erza sitting in one of the back desks, I was in the middle so we could talk a little. I could see Erzas surprise when I sat a desk in front of her and smiled brightly at her. She smiled back and I could hear some girls gossiping about Erza-chan and others talking about my super bright smile. Some girls really need a slap in the face to understand what is happening around them, seriously!

Everythibg was boring and I was daydreaming again when ms. Alberona interrupted me with a strict look on her face "Jellal if you dont concentrate you will get kicked out of the class for 20 minutes" she said "S-Sorry ny bad, it wont happen again..." I said and she continued the lesson. I heard the girl who have been gossiping about Erza when she came in saying "Im sure he was daydreaming about me and my beauty" "There are far more beautiful girls than you in this class" I told her and pointed to Erza without her noticing. I saw Evergreen getting pissed and I knew she was jealous of Erza. "Nice April Fools joke" she said sarcastically and I talked back to her "It wasnt a joke, its the truth, face it" her eyebrows knitted and seemed like she was about to explode but she just hissed and turned around to her friends.

Erzas POV

I was listening to ms. Alberona for once in my whole life when I sensed Jellal and Evergreen talking to each other. I at first didnt react or bother to hear their conversation because I simply didnt care. I then glanced at Evergreen and saw her hissing with her eyebrows knitted and finally turned around to her friends. I didnt care about what happened, I only care about what Jellal did to Evergreen that made her hiss and get pissed. I smiled and quickly focused on the lesson again.

"DRRIIIINNNGGG" I heard an annoying sound and got up to head to the cafeteria. I grabbed my bag, sat alone at a table and took a bun out of my backpack. I started eating when I felt someone sitting next to me. My eyes widened as I saw Jellal smiling at me and left a pink blush be seen. He smiled back and took a strawberry croisant out of his bag. He started eating along with me and I could feel several pairs of eyes staring at us. I blushed and acted like noone had noticed us.

I finished my bun, grabbed my bag and put it on my shoulder. Jellal got up too still chewing his croisant and put his bag on his shoulders as well. I was about to go to my locker to take the books for my other class when Jellal grabbed my wrist and asked me "Who is your professor this period?" "Hm... Its mr. Cobra, (he has asked us to call him by his name) he is our Geography professor" I answered him "We wont be together in this period, but I will see you at the other lunch break" he told me and I nodded. The bell rang telling us it was time to go back to our classes for third period.
