Arabella's pov:

"Can I come in Vanessa?" I ask, out of breath from running out my car.

"Of course darling is everything okay?" She asked me and I just now noticed why she is wearing.

She is wrapped in a silk robe that is slightly see through. She was clearly just about to go to bed and just put it in to answer the door because she has no bra on and I can see her nipple through the fabric.

"Something happened and I really didn't mean for it to, you have to know that" I plead before I even tell her what happened.

"Okay you're scaring me now what happened?" She replies.

"We kissed" I say after taking a deep breath.

"It was only for a second and I pulled away instantly" I add, not knowing how she was going to react.

She is just staring at me, not saying anything, I want her to shout or say something or react, but she's just standing there looking at me, empty.

"Get out" she says after a couple of minutes of silence.

"Please Vanessa, she kissed me and I pulled away instantly, it felt wrong, it felt wrong to be kissing someone other than you" I walk closer to her and she slightly backs up.

"Please I would never hurt you on purpose, I would never do that to you, you have to know that" I plead as a tear falls down her cheek, I grab her face and make her look at me.

"You have to believe me baby, I love you" I don't ever want her to think that I would ever hurt her.

"I can't do this" she says as she backs away from me and walks upstairs into her office and shuts the door.

I sit on the sofa and bury my head in my hand, what have I done, I've screwed all of this up and I don't know what to do.

She looked angry, jealous and upset and I don't blame her. After what her husband did, that betrayal, I can't imaging how this feels now coming from me.

I sit there like that for about half an hour and I can't hear Vanessa anymore so I decide to go up to her office.

"Please baby can I come in" I say as I knock on the door to her office.

There's no answer, I don't blame her for ignoring me, what I do was terrible and I can't imagine how she feels.

I open the door to her office and I see her sitting at her desk with some papers next to her. She's marking? Is she serious?

I walk over to her, standing over her as she's sitting on her chair.

"Vanessa I'm so sorry, you have to believe me" I plead again but she doesn't even look at me. She just carries on writing in her book.

I put my hands on her shoulders and she flinches slightly, not expecting it. I bring my head closer to the back of her neck.

"I would never do that to you, I never want another person to kiss me, she means nothing and all I want it you, the only kiss I want is from you baby" I say as my hot breath hits the crook of her neck, she closes her eyes and drops her pen, still facing the opposite direction to me.
