There's Anna! It took me forever to find someone to fit her. I suck at choosing characters.

"FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY STOP TAPPING YOUR PEN!" I yell at Alec. Since the whole class is in chaos from the teacher leaving to get papers, no one cared for my outburst. He's been trying to get my attention for the last 2 classes I've had with him. Now, I'm in seventh period English. We have four classes together this year. The horror.
"Jesus. Are you on your period or something?" He says, smirking.
Fucking hell.
Dumbass guys and their dumbass comments.
"No Alec. I am not. I am just pissed off. I can be pissed off any fucking time of the month," I tell him with my teeth gritted. "Why are you even talking to me? I run into you on accident and now you think you can carry on a whole conversation,"
I'm actually surprised I'm talking to him so easily. I've always been skittish around the guys, ever since, ya know, so me being able to talk to him like I would Anna is an accomplishment.
"Because I can, shorty,"
" I have a name, you know," I say, getting more pissed off as time goes by.
"Well you never told me it," he says smirking again.
"Stop smirking, and my name is Sasha Maybourne, for your information," I tell him. I'd be lying if I said that smirk wasn't attractive, I mean, it would be attractive on someone else.
"I knew that," he says, acting like he did.
"Sure," I say, and for the first time today I actually smile. But it fades because someone throws a paper ball at the back of my head.
I whip my head around to see Anna, leaning out of her new assigned seat (of course Alec is assigned next to me).
"10/10 I'd bang, if I was straight," she mouths, pointing to an oblivious Alec.
I flip her off after that and turn around.
Mrs. Monroe, our English teacher, walks back into class.
All the students get back to what they were doing before. The bell rings, signalling the end of the day, so I get up and leave as quick as possible, to avoid Alec. Sorry Anna.
As I'm halfway down the hall, an arm grabs my wrist, and I trip over my own feet as I spin around.
"Woah, already falling for me?"
Dammit.
I look up to see Alec with that ho- stupid smirk on his face. Sigh.
"What could you possibly want?" I say, irritated.
"You ran out of class so fast without waiting for me," he says, faking a sadness. "Also, your friend got pissed you left her. Are you sure she's lesbian? Cause damn I'd tap that,"
I narrow my eyes at him. Just because you think my best friend is hotter then me doesn't mean you have to say it to my face. Everyone notices Anna with her long, platinum blonde hair that sticks out in the crowd. I don't think many people notice her best friend, with dull chestnut brown hair standing beside her. Her beauty radiates off of her, as for me... Not so much.
"I'm almost 100% sure she's lesbian, but even if she wasn't, she would never go to you," I snap back and storm off.
Then, I feel a large push on my back, and I almost fall, again.
Thankfully, someone's hand grabbed my backpack.
"Alec, I swear-"
"How dare you leave- wait Alec? Are you guys already best friends or something? Are you dating? Omgomgomg if you are I'll lose my shit. You could name your babi-" Anna exclaims loudly into my ear.
"Woah woah woah, calm down. Ew. Me and Alec? Dating? No way in hell. I thought you were him because he was annoying me and pushing me from behind seemed like an 'Alec' kind of thing to do. But now that I found out it's you, I remember that you're annoying too," I say cutting her off, smiling sweetly.
"But you love me," she says in a sing-song voice. "Anyways I can totally see it,"
"See what?" I ask as we make our way to my car.
"Salec, Stonebourne, Sashec, etc. You know, you and Alec together,"
"Seriously? Let it go! I could never like an egotistical prick who likes to tease me and comment how hot you are in front of me! Let's not forget how he subtly hinted that I was stupid when I ran into him today, and how he breaks hearts like a criminal breaks laws," I say loudly, gritting my teeth at the last sentence.
"Plus I just met him today," I emphasize.
"Are you jealous that he finds me more attractive then you?" She asks, looking at me.
"What? No!"
"Well you sounded like it. Anyways if that's the case, I'll have you know you're so much prettier then me. He just doesn't say anything because he's probably afraid," she says, smirking.
"Sure," I say, rolling my eyes. "Anyways I have to go home and watch Jack," I tell her, as I open my car door and set my stuff inside.
"Kay, bye!" She says waving
"Later," I say back. I shut my door and put my keys in the ignition.
***
When I get home, my mom is heading out the door with luggage.
"What's going on?" I ask, looking from my moms to her suitcase.
"I got a last minute business call. I'm needed in New York City for a while. Two weeks actually," she explains. "I said bye to your brother, now I'm saying bye to you,"
She hugs me and kisses the side of my head.
" 'A last minute business trip that lasts two weeks' OK," I say, making quotations with my hands.
"Bye I love you mom," I tell her. She's says it back and heads out the door.
Now I have to wait til' nine for my dad to come home. Joy.
