Chapter 4- True Form

Lucy POV

What? Her form changed..... it went from a girl with marks on her to..... a....... girl with marks and...... wings? She now had black wings and her hair is now silver and her eyes are red. What happened? I studied Rose a little longer when a stranger walked in.

"There you are! I've been looking all ober for you, missy." The man walked over to Rose and hugged her.

"Wh-" Rose looked like she was about to say who when she instantly began crying again. "Deryek-onii...... where have you been? We got seperated after we went into the portal...." She began saying.

"Who is this Rose?" I dared ask. "This is my guard! He teases me, but we are like brother and sister!" She smiled at me.

B-Brother? Just who is he? "Princess should we explain everything to these light-beings?" Deryek asked her. "Oh yeah...." I followed her gaze to see a confused guild. "Hehe!" Opps! I accidently laughed! Stupid!

After explaining to guild

Rose POV

Hehe, I kinda went overboard with the explanation! I looked over at the confused guild. They were actually more suprised then confused.

"M'lady, we need to head home. Your father is worried." Deryek suddenly said. "Huh? He is worried?" I asked.

"Oi! Can one of us come as a guard?" Natsu bursted. "Sadly, no light-beings can't come. They will suffocate in the shadows. Unless," I began. "They swallow a piece of special shadow."

"You don't mean, that?" Deryek asked. "Yes a pure-shadow's shadow magic. I will pick one person to come along." I looked around. Bingo!

"I pick, Natsu Dragneel." I said looking at Master for approval. Yes! Master approves! "Come here, Natsu."

Once Natsu got here I stuck a piece of my magic into his mouth. "Swallow." He did as I asked and swallowed. "I'm sorry you have to come." I said with sorrow in my voice.

"Wha-?" Deryek knocked him out before he could finish his sentence. "I will return with him in a few weeks! Goodbye, Fairy Tail!" I said and we left.

After some walking around

"Lets go." I walked through the portal with Deryek and we were teleported home. "Natsu, wake up." I spoke softly. "Nggh" He woke up and looked around.

"Where are we?" He looked some more. "My home."

The Shadow Realm had dark skies and the ground was dark as well. From where we stand we can see the town, fields, rivers, and my home the castle.

A woman walked up and welcomed us home, "Havla, sch les mon. Nappo Deryek nach na, klama Shadow."

"Huh?" Natsu said confused? "Hello, welcome back. Knight Deryek it seems, Princess Shadow." I translated to Natsu. "Ohhhh.... I don't get it." He said. "Heheha" I laughed.
"Ofcorse not silly, you just got here."

At the castle

Me and Natsu were walking around the castle when we heard singing. "Hide!" I wispered to Natsu. After we hid a woman walked down the hall singing. Her eyes were shut, blood comeing out, and she wore a sad face.

"Who?" Natsu began. "She is a maid of darkness. If she walks up to you and opens her eyes, your dead." I told him. "Listen to the song she sings."

"Rose Rose Rose Red,
Will I ever see thee wed?

I will marry at thy's will,
Sire at thy's will."

"Wha? Is she talking about-" "Yes, she is talking about me." I told him. He looked over suprised.

"Time to return you to your world. Your begining to disolve." I looked over at Natsu as he began to dissapear. "Yeah."
