chapter 2

Liam's p.o.v

I laid on my bed with my headphones in my ears listening to Slipknot devil in I, trying to not think about mates and Brett and just everything.

"You know what would be good right about know" my wolf asked

Its been bothering me all morning. I decided to stay home because I knew today we were practicing lacrosse with Brett's team again and I don't want to see him today

"If you'd shut up" I growled at my wolf who just laughed

"C'mon I wanna go to school" it wined
"You mean you wanna see Brett"
I argued turning over on my side. if only I could slap my wolf things would be a lot easier.

"Liam, liam,liam, liam,liam" it wined
"FINE" I yelled grabbing my bag walking to school, I'm not going to see Brett I'm just going so my wolf shuts up

I walked into school five minutes before the bell to see Brett sitting in my roll call class and he was chatting up with mason and my wolf jumped at the site of him sitting there

I sat in between the both of them saying hi to mason,Ignoring Brett
"Um hi Liam" Brett said getting my attention

"What are you doing here" I asked pretending I didn't see him when I came in "I go to this school now, satomi wants me to be closer to Scott in case i get attacked again"

"Whatever" I said turning back to face mason, it angered me knowing that he had to come to this school because I couldn't save him....I mean I don't care what happened to him why should I.

The bell rang for next class Brett smiles and patted my back
And my wolf shivered at his touch
"See you later Liam"

Mason raised his eyebrows at what he saw, I shrugged and left class

Stupid Brett......stupid wolf.....stupid mason for noticing

I looked up and saw matt walking down the hall he had beautiful green eyes and dark black hair with an emo swoop and I must say he was pretty fit.

Matt was single and openly gay and this gives me an idea mates are only attracted to each other so what if I test that theory on matt

If I try matt out, I might forget about brett and that will prove that me and Brett aren't mates after all

Brett's p.o.v

When I first caught Liam's scent I knew we had something and it only took a few days for me to find out that he was my mate.

How my wolf lusted for a taste, it would howl and growl for Liam. But after me picking on him for so long about coaches car it will be a little hard to get him to trust me but he will soon give into his wolf and desire me I know it

After all he is my mate. My wolf, just like me is cocky and loves to play games so we are teasing Liam, like yesterday on the lacrosse field I know he was staring at me, I will have my Liam I will have my mate.

I walked down the hall and caught a scent that beautiful smell of my mate. I followed Liam's smell down the hall to see his mouth being violated by some guys tongue.

The boy had my Liam pushed up against the locker making out hardcore and what I saw enraged me

"Brett please calm down" my wolf asked panicking at how angry I was my wolf was mad too but he knew my temper

I marched up to the boy on my mate and threw him off punching him in the face "matt" Liam called out, why is my mate calling out for someone else "what the hell dude" the boy yelled scampering away

"Brett what the hell" he shouted pushing my shoulder. I grabbed Liam and slammed him into the locker
"WHAT WAS THAT LIAM" I yelled seeing a flicker of fear in his eyes

"Calm down, you're scaring him Brett"
Liam looked away not saying anything, I hit him again on the locker and he winced
"Answer me" I ordered

"Brett you're hurting him" my wolf warned

"I can do what I want with who I want and it's none of your business" Liam growled pushing past me and running away

"Well done Brett you just hurt our mate, good job I must say on trying to make him like us" my wolf mocked

"Shut up" i whispered to my wolf, I just hurt Liam, I hurt my mate.
My wolf was right, why didn't I listen

I walked into the last class of the day
I hung my head low I can't get the look of fear Liam had when I shoved him into the locker sure it was only for a second but I did hurt him

A scent caught my nose that beautiful scent that makes my wolf drool for.
I looked up and saw Liam entering the classroom with his books in his hands and the only spear chair was beside me

He stood up looking around and then at the chair
"liam are you just gonna stand there or are you going to take a seat" the teacher asked I'm not sure of his name but I think he's kira's dad.

"Maybe" he replied, awe he's so cute.
This is very entertaining
"All semester" the teacher asked smugly

"Maybe" he said again looking at me and I did a small wave.
"Take a seat Liam"

Liam finally sat next to me and he was angry he turned and faced me and I gave him an innocent smile " I know I'm good looking but you don't have to stare" I teased

He growled and my wolf howled knowing we got to him
"You think you're so great don't you" liam growled in annoyance
"Oh baby I know I am"

Liam fidgeted a little just enough for my wolf to notice his wolf fluttering at the word baby "you're an ass" he said looking away

" so you noticed, my ass can be distracting sometimes" I laughed.
Liam was ignoring me and doing a pretty good job on it so I threw a scrunched up paper on his desk he was about to throw it back when the teacher caught him.

"Liam no sending messages to brett, as a punishment stand out the front and read it" liam gulped not knowing what I wrote and my wolf was going crazy at this moment

Liam slowly and nervously approached the front of the class un scrunching the paper.
Liam's cheeks burned red as he whispered something out "louder liam" the teacher said getting annoyed

"You have a nice butt, too bad you're sitting down I really want to spank it"

The class laughed at Liam and I yelled out "if you wanted me that badly Liam you could of asked" I smiled laughing with the class but my smiled disappeared when I noticed Liam was crying

My heart sank when I saw a tear leave his eyes, he wiped the tear away quickly grabbing his books and his bag and running out of the classroom

"Liam" I called out and so did the teacher, I got up to go talk to him but the stupid teacher wouldn't let me

"Smooth Brett anything else you want to break" my wolf growled at me
I didn't mean for this to happen
Liam I'm so sorry.
