Chapter 6

A/N: Hi guys i know my story is a little too fast n the storyline is boring. but i will try to make it better!

Jadlyn POV

What? Me? Alpha? This is all to sudden. I just shifted into a new wolf and now becoming Alpha. It is such a huge blow. I don't know if i can accept it.

I shookmy head and said "Lily stop joking this is not funny"

"I'm not joking Jadlyn, you have to go down now"

"But"

"Jadlyn stop delaying!"

No something is not right. Why would the Alpha pass down his position to me for this stupid reason. Just because i am the Midnight wolf? This is some serious shit.

I walked doen in a pair of jeans and black tee. Everyone was gathered and was seating there waiting for me, as well as the Alpha.

I walked towards the Alpha "Why? Why are you passing to me your position?" i asked, my face scrunched up in confusion.

"It is an old long rule that has been forgotten as your species is rare" he started. "When there is a wolf of the wolf spirits blood (Wolf spirits A.K.A moon goddess) in a pack, the Alpha will have to step down and give up his position to that wolf, which is you" he finished.

I was stunned. There was such a thing? I thought if one was a Alpha, he would forever be Alpha and his genes wil be passed down to the first son.

"Ready for the ritual?" he asked.

"Are you not sad? Giving up your position?" i asked.

"No" he replied. He looked up at me and and smiled " In fact i feel honoured to have you as the pack Alpha"

I kept quiet and took in this huge blow slowly.

"Can i consider?" i asked.

"No, it must be an immediate procedure" he said.

Soon the ritual began....

Derek POV

I moved on. I have kids with Mikalla and i am leading a happy life. My wolf crys for his mate. I ignored him, after thinking, mourning for that girl is not going to help me. I sometimes wonder why i cried so much for her. Probably thatn was my wolf.

I carried my kids up and smiled happily at them. I swing them around, playing with them. I sometimes wonder, why can't i feel a connection with my kids?

Jadlyn POV

Once the ritual was over, i felt immense strength. I felt great responsibility and everyone said "Alpha Jadlyn, is our new Alpha, and forever will she be"

I bowed my head to thank them and then i saw my previous Alpha step down to Beta position. I patted his shoulder and gave him a light smile.

****3 months later****

"Alpha Jadlyn, there is a pack meeting at the bluemoon pack, it is about rouges and they are seeking help, training is right after the meeting" said one of my underlings. Bluemoon pack where all my pain resided at. If you did not know, i had a brother, Nathan, a sister, Makalla and parents. They all treated me like shit alright. Not long my mate had to come help them torture me. How kind of him.

I nodded my head and headed upstairs into my room. I dressed in sports bra and sport shorts that hug my leg. I took a black baggy hoody which runs down to half my tigh and slipped it on. I wore totally black sport shoes with white laces.

I grabbed my dark blue haversack and walked out. "Guys! Get moving!" Everyone hopped into their cars and Lily sat with me. When we reach there, Lily grabbed my hand and gave me a warm smile. She knew my past and knew this would be hard for me. I smiled back too a deep breathe. As an Alpha i have learnt to be brave and independent.

I took a step and knocked the door. A man with dark brown hair opened the door and a pair of blue orbs stared into mine. Derek.

I cleared my throat and said. "I, Alpha Jadlyn, is here for a pack meeting about rouges and has come to help your pack, may i enter"i asked with such formality, Derek cringed.

"Jadlyn, you are not Alpha are'nt you? Stop faking" he said.

Before he knew it, my Beta was strangling him at the neck and he was lifted off the ground. Seems like he forgot to train and has become weak. Even my Beta could kill him in a matter of seconds.

"It's Alpha Jadlyn for you" i said, loooking down at him in disgust.

"You changed? You put coloured cintacts and dyed you hair?"

I was starting to get annoyed and spat "This is none of your business and by the way it has got something to do with the rejection of my mate"

He immediately look down and i asked "Are you going to let us in or not because i am not going to waste stupid money on the whole pack's air ticket for nothing"

"You may come in Alpha Jadlyn"

I took a step in to see my mom and dad standing there crying their eyes out. They looked at me and asked "Jadlyn? You smell like my baby" my mother said.

"Alpha Jadlyn for the last time" i said.

"Alpha?!" my dad asked, with a hiny of laughter.

"Yes, now talk to me in a respectful tone, Senior Beta Jadlyn"

"I am your father! you do not talk to me in this manner!"

"YOU ARE NO FATHER OF MINE!" i said pointing at him.

"AND YOU ARE NO MOTHER OF MINE!" i said pointing to my 'mom'.

They stared at me in disbelief.

"I will explain during the pack meeting" i said before i walked off.

Lily walked up to me and said "The way you handle the situation was so cool!!!!!" I smiled and went to the guess room which i would be sharing with Lily. We put down our things and went down for the pack meeting.

During the meeting, as it would be akward for me to explain i am the midnight wolf, my Beta, Henry, helped me explain everything. After the explanation i said "To prepare for any upcoming battles, everyone is to go to the training grounds to train now"

After Henry spoke all the rules and the things we need to do, Derek approached me and said "Jadlyn, you changed so much but i bet you got their position because you must have fucked the Alpha, you must be fucking weak"

I turned my head so fast i thought it would snap and stared at him "I am still a virgin and if you can take me on go ahead"

He took his fighting stance and tried punching my face but i dodged and gave him a kick in his manhood and whacked his head using my elbow. He shook his head and stare at me. Blood already dripping out from the side of his mouth. How pathetic.

He tried to give me a roundhouse kick but i dodge it by crouching down and used my leg to hit his ankle, making him fall on his butt.

"Welcome to training hell, Alpha Hensworth" i said, smirking.
