Imagine Breaking up with Damon because of his crazy jealousy issues

"Yeah we should go! It sounds super fun. Okay bye!" You say to your friend Matt over the phone. He had just found a record store outside of mystic falls that he wanted to go to with you, You both love records.

"Who was that?" Damon says walking into the room bourbon in hand.
"Matt" you say shrugging getting up from the couch.
"What are yall doing?" He says poking his head out far.
"Going out tomorrow. What's your problem?"
"Are you cheating on me?" He asks angrily.
"What the hell Damon? No I'm not!"
"Well your always with Matt!"
"He's my friend! How come your always with Elena? See I don't ask that all the time because I know your just helping!" I spat at him.
"Well maybe your helping Matt! You've always been curious."
"What ever Damon if you really think that your stupid." You say walking away from him. You go into a guest room and climb into bed. You obviously don't want to sleep with Damon.

You wake up in the middle of the night because you can't sleep. You walk into yours and Damon's room to see him gone. "What the hell?" You say looking around. There's a note on the bed saying. "Hey stef, I had to go take care of something's. Take care of y/n while I'm out. - D"
"Ugh" you groan and put on shoes to run to Matts house.

You walk in to see Matt tied to a chair with duck tape on his mouth and Damon with a knife.
"Damon what are you doing?!" You yell
"Trying to get the vervain out of his system" he turns and says to you. He's turns back to Matt.
"I just want to find out if Donavan is in love with my girlfriend" he screams in matts face.
You begin to whisper Latin and Damon falls to the floor in pain.
"Go home Damon." You say and he just roles his eyes. You say it louder and he grabs his head screaming. You lift your hand and fling Damon out of the house. He gets up and flashes away.
"Matt" you say cutting him loose. You help him into bed and do a healing spell on him. He falls asleep and you start walking back to the boardinghouse.

You walk into your room and start packing up your stuff. Damon comes out of the bathroom.
"What are you doing y/n?"
"Leaving" you say shoving stuff in your duffel.
"No no please y/n, I just can't stand the thought of someone taking you from me." He says trying to stop you.
"Not this time dam." You say throwing a shirt of his at him.
"y/n don't I need you." He says following you down the hall.
"No Damon! I needed you! I needed you to be my boyfriend! I needed you to let me have my own life and my own friends!" You scream, tears running down your face. He looks at you with concern. "y/n I never.."
You cut him off.
"You could've killed him." You whisper getting in your car. Pulling out of the house with Damon left on the porch. Running his hands through his hair.
