It was 8pm and you and JJ have been a while trying to get your 5 year old daughter Ella asleep but she wouldn't want you to leave the room. You both didn't know why.
30 minutes later she was fast asleep in one of JJs top. You and JJ went back downstairs to carry on watching TV.
1 hour and a half hours later you decided to go to back. JJ stripped down to boxers and you put shorts and vest pjs on. You both fell asleep at 10:15.
It was 4:30am and little Ella was walking to her mummy and daddy room because she had a bad dream. Ella opened the door and made her way to JJs side of the bed as it was the closest to the door and Ella was a massive daddy's girl.
"D-d-daddy. W-w-wake up" Ella said poking JJ in the cheek crying. JJ opened his eye to see his hazel brown eye 5 year old daughter crying. He sat up a little.
"Princess what's wrong" he asked a bit concerned as he has never woke to see her crying.
"I-i-i had a b-b-bad dream" She blabbed.
"Awwwww come here. It's OK the dream isn't true. Daddy's here" JJ said picking up and sitting her on his lap.
"Can I sleep with you and mummy tonight" she cried. JJ nodded then Ella craweled over into the middle of the bed what woke up you.
"Ella sweetheart what you doing" You asked
"I had a bad dream and daddy said I can stay here" Ella said suggling into the pillow. You kissed her head.
"Try and go back to sleep monkey" you said pulling the duvet cover her and kissed her head again. JJ put his arm over her to make her feel protected.
"Night my little princess" JJ said and not long after you all fell asleep.
