You woke up by the sound of your daughter crying through the monitor. You quickly look at the clock to see it 3:30am. This is the 5th time she has woken up. You thought as she would have been bored of you getting her when she wakes up as Jaymi has been away for 2 months. You you look over to jaymi to see he's fast asleep and you didn't want to wake him. You got out of bed and left the warmth of your bed. You walked into her room to see her standing up crying and her dummy just hanging in her mouth.
You tried to pick her up but she screamed louder.
"Dadda" Lacey blabbered.
"Daddy asleep" you said even know she wouldn't understand.
"DADDA" she screamed again. You groaned as you knew she wanted jaymi but he got home late at night so you wanted him to sleep. At that moment you heard the door open and jaymi walked in.
"Dadda" she smiled. Jaymi took her into his strong arms.
"Go to bed I'll try and get her to sleep again." Jaymi said kissing your forehead.
"Hey baby girl. Why don't you want to go sleep. Me and mummy are very tired" jaymi says kissing his daughter.
Half an hour later and she was still awake. Jaymi walked downstairs and got some milk and heated it up and checked the temperature and put the bottle lid in her mouth and she began to drink and her eyes were starting to close.
"I bet you just wanted daddy cuddles" Jaymi said before looking down at Lacey who was fast alseep. He removed the bottle from her mouth and placed her back in her cot with one of his top. Then made it way back to his bed. And not long after he fell alsep.
