I awake to the smell of pancakes and cheese buns I quickly put on my jeans and t-shirt and quickly find its snowing and freezing I put my mums old hunting jacket on and am suddenly extremely warm Primrose Mellark is that you my fathers lovely voice calls Yea dad it's me I call back great come down here quickly I walk down quickly and bump into my mum in the hallway morning mummy I say happily she turns and faces me her eyes are red from crying mum why we're you... She runs back into her room and slams the door I quickly run downstairs Dad I call in the kitchen why was mum crying I ask when I arrive in the kitchen dad hands me my breakfast and sits down across from me with a puzzled look I don't kn.. He starts he then looks outside then at the calendar he's face is suddenly sad oh no he says quietly what dad what is it I ask getting antsy he looks at my plate oh nothing don't worry here are some cheese buns go to haymitchs house okay I nod and start to get up when I here someone call my name I look up the stairs Primmy my little 3 year old brother finnick thresh appears he tries to get down the stairs but falls I rush to his aid hello I say I look into his bluish greenish eyes he smile his rosy checks appearing Oh prim I though you left my father comes into the room I was about to when finnick wanted to see me he nods okay prim please go to haymitchs house now I nod kiss my dad and brother and leave I quietly walk over to haymitchs house and walk in I find him on the couch
