I hug him I'm so sorry he smiles and whispers in my ear don't be I start shaking he hold out his hand I grab hold of it he takes me somewhere in my room he locks the door and brakes the cameras listen they think I'm an avox wooh I say listen Stop I say where are my parents and haymitch he shakes his head I don't know but listen be careful don't trust any Capitol person except Effie your prep team and cinna I nod I got to go he unlocks my door and walks out I sit on my bed and sigh training tomorrow I end up fast asleep on my bed GET UP my eyes fly open MUM I cry I hug her she shoves clothes and food at me eat and get dressed before Effie looses it I nod and shoo her out and eat and get dressed I want to ask what happened to my parents last night but I don't get time I go past gale he winks at me I go and meet Effie and mark at the elevator we go down for training we're late they've already started training the trainer explains everything quickly to us then we head off I do something my mum avoided during her first games showing off I go to the knives and arrows and shoot and throw like crazy I get a crowd around me I smile
