I Dare To Play (GeneChriz' Story)

He got rid of his sweat-damp shirt revealing his just toned muscles from lifting weights; he then stepped on the treadmill.

*click *click *click

He pressed the speed button to accelerate his pace

Fast running. Perspiration tripping . Loud music echoing. All's been defeated by a single ring on his phone.

*Ring*

He went into a sudden stop and fished out the stereo's remote control from his pocket and turned off the music.

He steps off the treadmill and he picked his phone that's been resting on his table.

[Sweetie]-he answered. It's Janica.

[Gen, s-si Sophie]-Janica's voice is in panic

[Hey, What happened to my Goddaughter?]-he can't help but worry

[P-punta ka nalang dito sa bahay please]-Janica let out a sob

[W-wait. Where is Darius?]- something bad might've happened.

[Gen please, just come here. Now]-Janica begged in urgency 

[Okay okay. I-I'm coming over.]

She climbed out her car with pink velvet stilettos tick-tocking, eyes mystified by radiating sun glasses, luscious lips coated by pink glossy lipstick,  finely curved butt swaying, flawless white long legs, and a  perfect slender body emphasized by her Burberry Prorsum mini fitted black dress,

And just as when she made her way to one of the mall's entrance, a call distracted her from doing what she has to do – which is of course shopping.

She picked her phone out of her pink pouch and tapped the answer key.

[Yes my dearest cousin? Please spill out what you have to say, I got a mall to murder!]-she answered Darius in a your-timing-sucks-so-stop-interrupting-me way

[Chriz,  i-its Sophie]-Darius' voice in alarm

[W-wait! Gosh! What happened to my inaanak?]-she's troubled now

[Can you please just come? We need you. She n-needs you]

[WHAT?! What can I do? GOSH! Hey--- DARIUS???]- Darius hanged up the call

Her shopping excitement left her. Something happened to her dearest Sophie, and before she knew it, she's already out of the mall, back in her car and she's her way to Darius' place.

Chrizza's POV

It only took 15 minutes for me to drive to Darius' house instead of 30 minutes. What happened to Sophie? GOSH! I can't help but worry.

Pagkatapat na pagkatapat ko sa gate, may nakapark na dun sa silver Lamborghini na kotse.

And so the monkey is here!  Malamang tinawagan din siya. Kung bakit kasi kami lang ang ginawang godparents ng mga baliw na parents ni Sophie eh...

I parked my car infront of his car. Dapat lang na nasa harap niya ako.

Saktong pagbaba ko sa fabulosa kong kotse.. Bumaba din siya sa kanya.

WOW HA?! Nakuha pa niya akong ngitian, eh may nangyari na yatang masama sa inaanak namin.

Hindi ko sinagot yung ngiti niya...
