Chapter 4

Hello guys! So it doesn't matter if i have no read for my chapters but writing is my hobby..and all i wanted to do was to write this story which has been in my mind since I don't know when. So i hope people like and recognise my work some day. Till then here is the next chapter and the picture above is Evelyn.

CHAPTER 4

"Let me tell you everything from the beginning...." He said and started telling me about these mythological creatures. Demons are none other than the angels who were banished from the heaven but they still have same powers but the only thing is they need souls to stay alive.

"I'm not aware of many things and i don't have the authority to tell you everything...its your path to find out the truth of your existence. According to the prophecy the only child born with the blood of three most powerful creatures is the one. No one knows it he will turn out to be a saviour or destroyer but he will bring a change. But they said it was a boy but we couldn't find him yet. May be you are the one who can find him," he said and i blinked repeatedly.
"3 most powerful creature?" I asked.
"The angels, the demons and the humans...a girl child was born with the blood of an elder and a human..who was the soulmate of the devil himself...he's been waiting for her since he was banished. There child is the one...Damian...He will bring him back...thats why he needs you may be...," he said sounding not so sure.
"You still didn't tell me why that guy george called me his niece?" I asked while he took off his glasses.
"I don't know..don't be offended but i have never heard of you..you have never been a part of this world...you are not even a part of the prophecy but still they are after you...may be you mean something to him...may be there was a loophole...i'm still not sure..," he said rubbing his temple and he froze suddenly.
"How did you get in here..i'm mean who told you about this place?" He asked me out of the blues.
"Uhh..umm..one of my classmates..i was searching for some books related to the information i needed but she told me i can find any book here and if i find anything interesting..thank her later," i said but suddenly we both heard a loud crash and i screamed.
"WHAT WAS THAT?" I yelled and he stood up from his seat and ran outside, i mean i know he's old but he's a bit fast for his age.
"They found us," he said and opened the door with the spell and we came face to face with a large dragon like figure and i almost lost my senses.
Thats the most disgusting thing i have ever seem...it looks like a dragon but had wings too...in front of me.
he was big enough to gulp me alive. He growled and i almost lost my balance from the breath he exhaled. Okay! Someone needs to pinch me right now and if i don't wake up punch me in the face. I thought and the old man raised an eyebrow towards me. Okay! May be i said that out loud.

Another growl left his throat and i fell on my butt with a thud. Well that will leave a bruise.

"You brought him here...he followed you..you betrayed..," he said with clenched teeth.

"No!! Why would bring this terrifying thing when i can't even look at him," i said while covering my eyes.
"He used you to find this place..this is not just a library..when the devil was banished from heaven ,his wings were ripped out of his back..the blood from his wings had the power to heal anything..but there's price..it turn your heart black..he is dying..his wings made him immortal but now he is getting weaker day by day," he said and i gulped. Okay..this is alot to take in.

"Why would he send..this?" I asked pointing towards that creature. I mean what if someone find out.."isn't it odd..i mean dragons flying over the city," i said.
"This isn't a right time to joke around..Miss Scarlett," he said while taking out a knife from his wrist..okay! He is crazy and think he can kill a dragon from a knife..but suddenly that knife turned into a sword and WHAT? How?
I should be ready for surprises.

"He is a demon..usually demons walk on earth in the form of humans but they can change shapes and size..they don't have a real body", he said and that creature attacked us with his long sharp tail but Mr. Johns pushed me away and gave a big slash through his tail making him muon in pain.
