CHAPTER 4: Autumn

Chris is finally letting me go to his house he said he has to tell me something important so I just threw a yellow sundress on with some sandals and my hair is straightened

I pulled up to his house and knocked on the door and he opened it I gave him a kiss and he let me in and told me to wait in the living room and he came back with a little girl in his arms

Please dont be mad Vanessa just calm down and tell me talk" he told me as he sat down next to me

Okay" I said calmly

This is Autumn my 2 year old daughter a couple years ago her mom was 8 months pregnant with her and I came home late because I had cheated on her and she got in her car and pulled of and got in a accident they said she was going 120 in a 50 and she went into early labor but after she had Autumn she died and I've been raising autumn by myself ever since and I wanted you to meet her" he said while wiping a tear

Can hold her" I said and he gave her to me and she gave me a kiss and started laughing

She likes you" he smiled

Where's you bathroom?" I asked him as I gave autumn back to him

Upstairs first door to your left" he said then I ran upstairs and used the bathroom then I flushed the toilet and washed my hands and walked downstairs

Thanks" I said

Um and something else I wanna ask you"

What anything" I said

I wanted you to fly with me to go see my mom do you wanna go"

Yea when do we leave" I said cheerfully

Tomorrow morning so go get 2 days worth of clothes"

Okay I guess i'll do that now and come back" I said while walking to the door then he held my waist and gave me a kiss

I pulled up to my house and I went in and got me three outfits (in the media next to the picture of Autumn) then I put on some joggers and a loose t-shirt with some adidas slides and went back to chris house now I am washing autumn in the bath

Chris when was the last time you her hair" I look at him and he took a picture of me washing up autumn

Um last month" he said not looking up from his phone

It needs to be washed again and what so interesting on your phone" I said while going in the bathroom closet and got the shampoo and conditioner and started washing her hair

Oh and nothing just staring at the picture I took you" he said then autumn started squirm

Chris help me she keeps moving" then he sat his phone down and held her still then I rinsed the shampoo out her hair and put the conditioner in and chris sat back on the toilet seat the I washed the conditioner

Do can I post this picture of you from yesterday when you were rubbing my back" he showed me the picture and I was in a sports bra straddled on his back massaging it

Are you sure cause you dont have to" I said while picking Autumn out the tub and wrapping her in the towel

I want to and can you pick out Autumn's outfits and can you put her in the one she is gonna wear tomorrow so we wont be late for our flight cause I have everything planned precisely" he said while leaving out the bathroom

Yeah okay" then I picked Autumn up and took her to her room and put her in red adidas sweatpants and sweatshirt after I powdered and lotioned her.

Nite nite" she said to me as I tucked her in bed

Nite Nite" I said back then I went in to chris's room

Vanessa walked in so I hurried up and deleted the text convo.

Hey baby" I said as I set my phone down and looked at her.

Hey" she said annoyed as she sat on the bed and grabbed her phone

What's wrong did Autumn do something did I do something" I said

No its stupid just continue on your phone and I see you posted the picture" she said pulling the cover back and climbing in with her back towards me

Don't try to change the subject tell me please" I begged

Your gonna get mad" she said as she turned the lamp on her side of the bed off

Please just tell me" I was nervous was she pregnant

Okay promise you wont get mad" she said while sitting up

Promise" I said

Okay while I was getting Autumn ready for bed I was thinking that I wanna have a child of my own..... by you" she said fiddling with her fingers

Hell No!!" I said

I knew I shouldn't have told you" she said as she picked up her phone and turned her lamp on

Well i'm just letting you know that Autumn is enough and no babies" i spat at her

Your such an ass" she said as she got up from the bed

You act like you are pregnant!!.. Are you?" I said as I was mentally praying in my head

Nooo! you know what I can't sleep here" she semi yelled then Autumn walked in the room

I can't sweep( sleep)" autumn said

I don't care now go get in your fucking bed" I yelled at autumn and she started crying I felt like a bad father so I tried to pick her up but she ran and jumped on vanessa

Nooooooo" she screamed but I kept tugging and then vanessa walked into Autumn's room and went to sleep there so later that night I went to Rih's and she relieved my stress then I came be and went to sleep like nothing happened.
