It was the last night Robin was staying in the den. The next day he was to set out with his friends to fight this fear creating creature.... or at least they thought it was a creature. It was also the last night he would be seeing his Marian. So, as it was his last night, he decided to make it the most special.
He lay down next to her. Then put an arm round her. Then gave her a light kiss on the cheek before falling asleep.
That was when Marian knew that she had been cured. Only the power of love could have melted her paralyzed, frightened, frozen heart.
