LEAH-ELISABETH'S POV

"Bitch" One of the men said. He grabbed my wrist and dragged me into a different room. I twisted my arm around in an attempt to get free. However he righted his grip making it difficult. "Sit down" He said angrily. I complied and allowed him to tie my hands behind the chair.

"What do you want?" I asked. The man ignored me.

"Look at the camera and read this" he pointed at a small hole in the wall and held out a piece of paper.

"My name is Leah-Elisabeth Johnson. I'm fifteen years old. My kidnappers don't want, what does that say?" I squinted down at paper.

"Money you idiot. Just keep reading"

"My kidnappers don't want money, they just want to be noticed. What was done to them wasn't fair and the BAU should be aware" I looked away from the camera and up at the windows. There was a tall windmill and a long fence line. I immediately recognised where I was. I looked back to the camera. "I'm at my-" I was cut off by the man slapping my face. The camera light shut off and I knew I was too late.

"Stupid" the man muttered and grabbed my hair. "You're going to regret trying that" he smirked down at me.

BAU

"Blake I want you in there with him, with Reid" Blake nodded. Her and Reid made their way to the interrogation room where Matthew was waiting. Before they entered Blake turned to Reid.

"Good cop, bad cop routine?" She asked. Reid nodded. "I'm the bad cop" she grinned. They entered the room one at a time.

"Afternoon Matthew" Reid said and gave him an awkward smile. Blake however glared down at him.

"I'm sorry about hitting you" Matthew said to Blake.

"Sorry doesn't cut it. I hope you don't treat all girls like that" she replied loudly. Although she didn't mention his daughter. Matthew knew it was directed at her.

"Matthew why did you run?" Reid asked.

"I didn't. Well I did"

"You hit me in the head with a pole, we told you that we were FBI, you must have done something! What was it?" Blake asked, cutting Matthew off. Reid ignored her question and asked his own.

"Mr and Mrs Johnson fired your recently am I correct?" Reid asked. Matthew nodded.

"That must have made you very angry" Reid finished.

"My daughter is dead because of them! This is their fault!" Matthew answered.

"Is that why you killed them?" Blake asked. Matthew looked up as his mouth dropped.

"I would never!" He started. Hotch knocked on the door loudly. Blake and Reid stood up and left the room.

"What is it?" Blake asked.

"They sent a video" Hotch said. The three walked over to the rest of the team. "Play it Garcia" Garcia nodded and clicked on the small red arrow.

"Look at the man holding the paper, he has a tattoo on his hand" Rossi pointed at the screen. "Garcia pause it" Garcia did as told.

"It looks like a coin. Not American" Elle squinted.

"It's an Australian dollar" Prentiss stated. Hotch glanced over at JJ, she was sitting at the back of the room.

"Reid is something wrong with JJ?" He asked. Reid shook his head, meaning no. Hotch looked back over at JJ then back at the screen. "Maybe he's Australian?" He offered.

"Garcia play it through again" Blake said. Garcia complied and played the video again. "Listen to his voice" Garcia ran the video through again. "Australian accent" Blake said. The others nodded.

"She was about to say something just before the video ended as well" Morgan said.

"Maybe she recognised where she was?" JJ asked. Hotch looked over. Morgan nodded in agreement.

"I'll keep looking at the video and try to find some light or a view" Garcia said. The other agents filed out of the conference room.

Elle looked over at JJ who was still in the room. She waited for the others to leave before walking over to her.

"Hey, are you alright?" She asked. JJ looked up surprised and nodded her head. "You sure?" JJ rolled her eyes.

"I'm sure"

"It's just you seem a little quiet" Elle continued.

"You should be worried about Blake. She was the one who got hit on the head" JJ snapped.

"Sorry" she whispered and left the room. Garcia watched the commotion from the desk. JJ noticed and glared before standing up and walking out of the room.

Elle walked over to Blake who was sitting outside on the steps. Blake turned and smiled at Elle.

"Hey" Elle smiled back.

"Hi"

"Are you alright?" She asked. Blake nodded her head.

"It hurts a bit, but like I say, I'm bullet proof, I can take a blow to the head" she grinned. Elle laughed in return.

"Whatever you say Alex" Elle finished. The two sat next to each other in silence. "I can't imagine what they girl is going through" she sighed. Blake shook her head.

"I know what it's like to lose one parent, but both? She's incredibly strong" Blake bit her lip. She wasn't used to talking about her mother, it had just slipped out. Elle turned her head surprised.

"My father passed when I was young" Elle answered. Elle and Blake looked at each other and both gave sincere smiles.

Rossi walked out and plonked himself next to the two female agents. "Good afternoon" he said. Elle stood up.

"I'm going to go through some evidence" she walked away, leaving Rossi and Blake.

"Hey" Blake turned her head to face him.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Why does everyone keep asking that? I'm fine" she sighed heavily.

She hated lying.
