"Hotch, come on we need to sleep" Garcia whined. She had been working the whole day, they all had. Hotch looked around at all of them. Emily was already asleep on one of the lounges. Morgan was sitting next to Garcia, Rossi and Blake was staring blankly out the window and Elle had her head rested on Reid's shoulder. It wasn't awkward to them, it felt natural. JJ looked over at them and glared a little.

"Alright, everyone get some rest" he said. Garcia looked at Morgan and smiled cheekily. JJ walked over to Emily, trying to wake her up.

"JJ, just leave her she should be fine. I'm staying here late so when I leave I'll wake her" Hotch said. JJ nodded and followed Garcia and Morgan out of the station. She was about to unlock her car when she heard a whistle.

"Hey gorgeous" JJ turned immediately, recognising the voice.

"Will!" She cheered and began running towards him. She leaped into his arms as he swung her around, pulling JJ closer to him. They finished with a kiss. "What are you doing here?" JJ smiled and linked her hand in his.

"I was worried about you. This case seems pretty stressful and I thought you could use someone to lean on" he said, she could tell in his voice that he had become worried. "Do you not want me here?" He asked sheepishly.

"Oh god no. Of course I want you here" they began walking towards her car.

"I love you, you know that right?" He walked around to the other side of the car.

"I love you too Will" JJ said. She waited for him to sit before she put the key into the ignition and began to drive. She but her lip wondering if then was the right time to tell Will about the baby. What would she say though, that the baby was Reid's? Or just lie and say the baby was his own. She shook her head and decided not to.

Penelope rested her head on Morgan's chest. The two had pushed the separate beds together to form one.

"Derek, how-" Morgan cut her off by placing his lips on hers. She always asked the same question whenever they were working on a case with children. He never knew how to answer and it broke his heart. She kissed him back, not as passionate as he had hoped.

"Are we ever going to tell the team?" She looked up at Morgan.

"I'm not sure" He started.

"I can't keep it from them anymore. JJ and Emily are my best friends, and Elle, even Blake. I have to tell them" she whined. Morgan laughed and gave into her puppy eyes.

"How about we tell them tomorrow?" He asked holding her hand. She beamed and locked her lips onto his.

"I love you Derek" she mumbled between kisses.

"I love you more Baby Girl" He replied. She pulled away.

"Not possible gorgeous" she grinned and rested her head on his chest again. Her eye lashes fluttered lightly against his bare chest.

Next door Emily and Blake were sleeping.

"Stop get off of me" Emily muttered. Blake, being a light sleeper woke up to her voice immediately. She looked around checking to see if anyone was in the room with them. She found no one. She was about to close her eyes but she heard Emily talking again. "You're hurting me" Blake frowned and slid out of her bed. She slowly made her way across the room to Emily's bed. "James stop" Blake stopped in her tracks, James was Emily's boyfriend.

"Emily wake up" she whispered. Emily began to toss and turn. "Emily!" Blake's voice rose. Emily's tossing began to speed up. One of Emily's hands thrashed out and ripped the small butterfly closures from Blake's wound. She shook her head slightly annoyed. "Emily Prentiss!" She half yelled. Emily suddenly woke up to her friends bloody face.

"Oh my god your head, it's bleeding" she gasped.

"Oh my god I hadn't realised " Blake replied sarcastically. She surprised herself with that comment. "What has James been doing to you?" She questioned.

"What are you talking about? Nothing" Emily answered. She stood up to get tissues for Blake's bleeding head. Blake pushed her back down on the bed.

"Tell me or I won't let you fix my head" she bargained. Emily, thought for a moment but caring more about her friends injury than her dignity decided to tell her.

"Just don't tell Hotch, or JJ. Just don't tell the team" she stated. Blake nodded.

Across the hall Hotch was dealing with his own problems.

"Jack, what are you doing up at this time of night?" He asked into the phone.

"Dad she's doing it again" Jack replied, the tone in his voice worried Hotch.

"Who is doing what again?" He asked into the phone.

"Mum, she's drinking and she locked herself in her room and didn't feed me" Jack cried. Hotch wished nothing more than to be with his son.

"Can you call Aunt Jessica? Ask her to come and talk to mum okay?" Hotch asked. Jack held back tears, trying to be brave for his dad, even though Hotch wouldn't be able to see him cry.

"Okay dad" he replied quietly.

"I'm so sorry Jack, but I have to go save a little girl" Hotch sighed heavily waiting for his sons reply.

"Thats alright. You're my hero daddy" Jack said, slightly more confident. Hotch smiled, proud of his son and ended the call.

Reid and Elle had stayed at the precinct. Elle had fallen asleep, while Reid didn't want to wake her, he also didn't want to leave her alone so he stayed and watched her. Her chest rose, not speeding up or slowing down, the consistency satisfied Reid. Elle's eyelashes fluttered widely. Reid looked away as she sat up and rubbed her eyes.

"What? Where am I?" She looked around and saw the back of Reid's head. She closed her eyes and opened them again. This time when she opened them Reid was facing her.

"I think we should release a photo of Leah to the press, see if anyone has seen her" Reid said. Elle scrunched her face and shook her head.

"Reid, I just woke up" she mumbled. Reid held out a cup of coffee.

"I got this for you" he said with an awkward smile. Elle laughed and took it.

"Thank you" she took a sip and placed the cup on the small table. "So what were you saying?" She asked. Elle then rubbed her eyes.

"Maybe you should just wash your face before we talk about the case?" he asked. Elle smiled.

"Thanks, I'll go do that" she stood up and left to go to the bathroom. Reid sighed in relief, he couldn't explain the feeling he had gotten, the sight of her smile gave him butterflies and he suddenly felt more nervous than he would usually.
