As I was driving home a found a small bakery in the street. The bakery looks cute and fancy with its incandescent light that gives its cozy accent to the bakery. I parked my car along with the two cars that is parked in front of the bakery. I made my way inside carrying my phone and the new book that I found earlier in the bookstore called Paper towns by John Green. There are only three people on the bakery minding their own business. I walk to the counter only to be greeted by an old lady.

"Hello I'm Barbara. What can I get you?" She asked. I smile politely before scanning the shelf with different kind of bread.

"I'll get two chocolate muffins." I tap my fingers on my chin still scanning the shelf. "And two slices of red velvet cake for take out." I smiled. "and oh a black coffee."

"Okay." She smiled. "That would be 3.99" She smiled. I handed her the bill. "I'll just give your order on your table." I nodded and search for a table. I settled on the table beside the wall not facing the rest. I can easily be distracted when I see someone go inside of the bakery. I put my leftear buds on playing a soft music before I remove the plastic of the book.

Moments later Barbara had given me my order. I took a bit on the chocolate muffin almost moaning on the taste. Damn this is heavenly. I continued to read the book until chapter two when I heard the bell ring signaling that there is someone who came.

"Barbara!" a deep husky voice yelled cheerfully as if he was surprised to see her.

"Oh Ha-." I put my left ear buds on turning up the volume to drown the noise. I continue to read the book. I was so engrossed to the book. Damn I wish I was as adventurous as Margo! I imagined myself doing the entire thing she does. Yes I sneak out but I don't do cool stuff as much as she does.

My phone suddenly buzzed on the table. I picked it up and saw the time. It is already five thirty. My eyes balls are on the verge of popping out of my skull. I quickly took a sip on my cold coffee then stand up snatching the paper bag that is containing the red velvet slices.

"Rafaela!" That was the first word I heard when I got back on my grandmother's house. I smiled at her. "Don't smile at me." She groaned.

"Granny. I was just reading a book on the bakery." I shrugged. She raises her eyebrows at me. "Here I bought you these." I say dramatically and rising up the bag containing the red velvet.

"What is that?"

"Red velvet." I smirk. Her eyes widen. She doesn't really allow eating these kinds of foods because she is diabetic. "But you're not allowed to eat." She huff like a child.

"Please?"

"Okayyy but.." I bit my lips and lowered the paper bag. "Can I go to the party?" I blurted out.

"Yeah, yeah." She snatches the bag in my hand.

"Really? Oh my god!"

"Be home by twelve, don't drink too much. Who's going with you by the way?" She asks.

"Zayn, Niall, Louis, Liam." I smiled. She just nodded. I happily run to my room and showered. I slipped my Miami jersey body suit and a faux leather shorts and my lita boots. I blow dried my hair letting it fall in to its natural wave. I just applied my makeup. Foundation, eyeliner, the red lipstick. I applied a brown shade on my lids just to make it a little grand.

"Rafaela! Your friends are here." My grandmother yelled.

"Okay!" I yelled back. I stand up from my vanity checking my appearance on the full length mirror. I parted my hair on to the side a little. Then grab my phone and leather jacket on my bed.
