"Paul, where the hell are you taking us?" Alex was crammed in the backseat along with several beach toys.
"Uhh, just a water park... Why?"
"It's January." Bob protested from shotgun.
"It's open. I checked."
"It's like, snowing." Nick tried to argue, but Paul was unstoppable.
"I bet it's heated."
"Whatever." Alex sighed.
"Yeah, get with it!" Paul smirked.
After a few minutes of general anger, Paul announced that they had made it to their destination.
"Can I wait in the car?" Alex started moving the various beach toys out of the backseat.
"No, you're probably gonna die or something, and I'm not going to jail today! Or anytime soon."
"Fine. I just wanna see that you purely regret this decision."
"Not gonna."
Paul forced Alex to bring one of the beach toys, and he chose a small frog they had named Pepe.
"Pepe is your friend. Do not lose Pepe." Paul ordered.
"No Pepes lost!" Alex laughed.
"Yeah! NOW LETS GO."
Paul raced up to //the place where they let u in// and the entire squad was stopped by a security guard.
"You sure you wanna be here in the middle of January?" The security guard was obviously trying very hard not to laugh.
"Yeah!" Paul smiled almost maliciously.
"Uhh, cool, we're open, so... Just go."
"THANKS!!" Paul shouted as he ran in.
Nick glared at the ground as Paul decided what exactly they were going to do.
"Ok so let's do the lazy river first, or just Alex can go on the lazy river because he's the middle aged barbecue dad of the group. Then we'll go to the slide that looks like a toilet bowl and then we'll get Dippin' Dots!"
"Sounds decent, as long as we don't go on that slide where they drop you into the 12 feet section." Alex muttered the last part under his breath, hoping Paul didn't hear him, but unluckily for him...
"Wait! After that we'll go on the mat racer thing and then for the last thing we'll do the 12 feet slide!"
Alex rolled his eyes and sighed. What did he think was going to happen?
"That sounds great! Race ya to the lazy river!" Bob shouted as he took off.
The boys ran in quickly and took a minute to get used to the extremely cold water. "We're g-going to get pneumonia o-or something," Nick said as calmly as possible.
"It'll be totally worth it, though!" Paul fist pumped as he hopped into a tube and started paddling to the start of the river.
"I highly doubt that, but whatever. We don't have to tour or anything," Alex shrugged as he tried to get his long, lanky body into a tube. He slipped and fell under the water at least three times.
Nick and Alex were chill the whole time, trying to carry a normal conversation. Bob and Paul, on the other hand, were splashing around and pushing each other off of their tubes. They even brought Pepe along with them and tossed him around.
