Twinkle, Twinkle Little Light

Once did a little light soon unfold.
It shone it's way through the darkness. It's radiance soon was to be discovered. How could it learn on it's own?

God gently took the little light and said, "Shine your way through the world. Let them know that it is I Who truly loves my people. Let them know that I Am the Way little light. Do not forget that I'm always with you. I Am your wax that never melts. I will take care of you my little one. I will let you shine with My love."

He let the little light discover the world. What joy and sorrow it possessed. The little light grew, it was beginning to lose it's light. It was afraid of the darkness in the world. "What would become of me?", said the little light. "I am not bright enough to win the hearts of those who love and dislike me and expect of me to be brighter." Soon did the little light discover how much love God gave it. It was still God's little light whom He took care of.

It shined bright and fierce through the world. It soon discovered that it shined brighter in the darkness.

Brighter and brighter it became, it was no longer a prisoner to the fearful darkness of the world. How others came to judge...

"You are not bright enough!" "How can I see your brilliance?" "What do you have to offer?" "Useless little light!"

The little light said to them, "What ignorance I am hearing! Where is your light? What light do you have to offer? For my light is for God. For with my light He will use to light up others! Have you no flame for God? God is your light! He is your wax! Where do you think your light comes from? From people? From fame and glory? God is your lighter! Do you know nothing? For you are lights as well! I warn you! You would not want others to say for you were once a light."

The little light cried to it's Creator, "My Lord, what if I were to be a prisoner of sorrow and pain again?" God then said, "Oh my little light, do you not have any trust and faith in me? Trust in me and your flame will forever shine. Have faith in me and your light will not only glow, but brighten the lives of others. For my Son was put in a grave, but He rose again. For my Son experienced the pain of sin, yet He still shined His light. His light is the light of the world. For He is my Love shown to mankind. Do not be afraid dear one, I Am always with you."

The little light said, "Truly Jesus did not deserve such punishment! For He took our punishment and suffered it for us! I will not be frightened by the darkness of the world. I know that You are always with me."

The little light shone brightly and God took care of the little light. For He would not let the little light burn out, but thrive. In the darkest of nights, the little light still shined with God's love. No more pain. No more sorrow. These were the thoughts of the little light. The little light said, "Although I am to experience them, God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Trust and have faith in Him. For He is the Good and He is Love."

Each and everyone of you is that little light. May God Bless You through each and everyday. May you let Him lighten your hearts with love and joy. Do not let fear, pain, and sorrow overwhelm you. You have Someone more powerful than that. You have God. He Loves You. He forgives you when you are sorry from the bottom of your heart. He is with you to give you strength for each new day. He will carry you on.
