Ch.1~A New Job

You were on you're way to see, whoever it was, you needed to meet for your new job. The guy on the phone didn't say what job it was, which you thought was stupid. But you needed a job. You didn't care what it was, you just needed money. The guy had said it was a hard job, so you would be working with someone. You thought it'd be fine, but it can't be that hard. He kinda sounded like some crazy scientist you would see doing weird experiments on people. You couldn't really be sure though. He had told you to call him the Professor. You finally arrived at a very weird looking place. You went inside and saw many screens and buttons, a few cameras and such. What kind of place is this? You thought. You were looking around when you bumped into someone, who screamed and fell. You looked down to see someone with a green hat on and overalls and stuff.
"Oh uh...sorry..." You helped him up. "I-it's fine..." He seemed very jumpy. "I'm (y/n), um...where's the Professor?" You asked. "O-oh..he should be around here somewhere... I-I think I'm supposed to be your partner. I'm Luigi." He stuck his hand out for you to shake. You shook his hand and then continued looking around. It did look like a crazy scientist lab. Then you heard footsteps. You turned to see a guy in crazy glasses and a lab coat. "You must be (y/n)! I'm the Professor. You're probably wondering what your job is." He walked over to a chair and sat down, typing things. "Um...yeah..." You walked over to where he was, Luigi following. "Well. Luigi should know a thing or two. You're going ghost hunting!" He exclaimed. Luigi gulped and your eyes widened. "A super powerful entity destroyed the dark moon, causing the ghosts to turn evil. There's maybe... 5 areas you need to look for it. The problem is, I'm not sure exactly where they are." The professor explained. Luigi nervously glanced at you, then him, then at the ground. "So," the professor brought out two vacuum cleaner things, "these are called the Poltergust5000's. This is what you guys are going to use to suck up the ghosts." He gave one to you and one to Luigi. He then gave you both flash lights as well. And he added something into Luigi's Poltergust. "Since he has more experience, and I only have one of these, I'm giving it to him. I expect you two to stick together. This device is to find hidden objects that were infected(I forgot what the things were called)." He adjusted it and then clapped his hands together. "Now! In order to get you two there, we'll use the pixelator(I don't know if that's the right name, I beat the game a long time ago...)! It hasn't been tested yet but oh well! One at a time." He clicked a button. "W-wait!!" Before you knew it, you felt like you were being stretched to pieces. All the sudden you appeared in a dark garden, all in one piece. Luigi appeared too afterwards. Then you heard a ringing noise. Luigi took out a device and opened it. "Ah, it worked. I'll call you on here. Now, just find the key to unlock the mansion, and you'll be on your way!" The Professor had said and hang up. You and Luigi walked off to go find it. You could tell he didn't like his job at all. He was shaking and he would jump at every little noise. This was going to be interesting.

(Okay... Since I don't really remember much of what the things are called, can you guys help? Oh..I also need the names of the ghosts. Like Greenies and Polterpup, I know them. I need the others. I haven't played the game in a while so yeah ^~^" )
