I love my hair so much. Pixie cuts are so easy to take care of, and I have really curly hair. Looks good, yeah?
Downsides to this are I have to shower frequently. I shower every night anyways, but I'm not used to washing my hair so much. With long hair, I could go two days without shampoo and it look great. My hair is never puffy or frizzy. If it gets a little wild, I use gel or hairspray. BUT THE COWLICKS. I have this cowlick on the side/back of my hair that pokes out all the time. I have to use a fistful of pomade to keep it down. Seriously, I look like I belong in Hetalia with that thing. I also have to get frequent trims every four to five weeks. Expensive.
Upsides? I look cute. It's easy to care for. Works for people of all sizes. I had ringlets of curly hair and now it's too short to curl, so no afro! I haven't been called a lesbian or anything. I have been called a boy by my friends (jokingly), but other than that, everyone points out how cute I look. Seriously! Strangers will stop me to tell me how adorable I am. It does wonders to my confidence.
If you want one, do it. Hair grows back. Life is short. You'll look like a fairy or the most badass person ever, depends on your style.
