I wake up to the blaring of my alarm. The beeping plays again and again in my head.

I get up and head to the bathroom. I grab a towel and have a quick shower washing my hair and my body. I dry my hair quickly and decide on my outfit. I chose my black training leggings, my gray sports bra, my purple hoodie and my black Nike free runs. I rush downstairs and into the kitchen. I turn my head to see Josh sitting on the couch in the lounge. "Hi Josh." I say smoothly. "Hey sissy." he says bluntly.  Our conversation consists of small talk until my phone vibrates and I know its going to be Rebecca. I fish my phone out of my pocket and open the message.

Hey babes,  just to let you know i'm outside.

Bring your phone and a bottle of water.

xoxo Becca

''Sorry Joshie, I have an appointment with my fitness coach that I can't be late for.  I'll see you later.'' With that I walk towards the fridge, I open it and take out a bottle of water. I turn around and head towards Josh giving him a hug. I mutter a quick goodbye and walk out the door.

Rebecca's car is parked at the end of the drive. I jog up to it and open the door. I smoothly slide into the passengers seat. ''Hi."  I mutter awkwardly, while putting on my seatbelt. "Hi." She says while starting the car. I dismiss the awkward conversation and try to change the subject

"What will I be doing tomorrow?" I ask as she pulls out of the driveway.

"You have the beach photoshoot ." I stop her. "Explain, I want every detail." I say.

"Well, I have a makeup artist and a hairdresser coming to your house at 4:30 ; I will collect you at 5 and drive you to the beach which is about 5 minutes away. Then you will change into your first bikini and so on until the photographer deems you finished which should be around 7 or 8." she says.

 "Why 5?" I ask bluntly

"The photographer wants the sunrise. Anyway its one of the busiest beaches in the world, and the only people that will be on the beach at that time is the lifeguards and they don't start till' 6." she states.

She stops the car and I look up puzzled until I realise we've arrived at the gym. I push my door open leaving my untouched water on the seat. I grab my phone and my gym bag and follow Rebecca into the building.

We meet my coach at the front desk. He comes over to us and greets me with a small peck on the cheek. "Madi, how have you been." he says in his thick American accent.

"I'm great, thanks for asking Ashton." I say smoothly. "Great, well we better get started." he says. Becca arranges a time to pick me up and I say a quick goodbye and follow Ashton into the premium club gym room.

I dump my bag in the corner and head over to Ashton to get started. Today we work on my stomach, my legs, my upper arms and my core. Time flies, and before I know it were finished. "Good work today Madi." he says. "You really pushed yourself and the work has paid off."

he sends me off to the 50 meter Olympic swimming pool to cool off. I reach the changing rooms and change into my white VS bikini and tie my hair up again, into a high ponytail. I borrow a pair of goggles from Ashton and head off to the pool.

As I walk on the deck towards my reserved lane I see lanes 1-5 being taken up by a group of people. They all seem to be timed. Maybe its training for a race. One of the guys timing the others turns his back to me. I see two words branded across the top of the shirt he's wearing. Bondi Lifeguard. Now it makes more sense, the guys in the water must be training or retrying for their spots. I dismissed the thought and continued on towards my lane.
