Chapter 5

HAYOUNG'S POV

It's Friday!! That means it's time to meet up with Hanbin. I quickly got out of bed and changed to normal street clothes. I wouldn't be practicing with Taehyung til later so I had lots of time to catch up with my old friend. I had decided to bring Haruka with me to the YG academy campus because I remember she always talked about wanting to see the inside of YG.

"Haruka hurry and get up!! We have to meet Hanbin in an hour. He said he's going to introduce us to his friends" I said as I shook Haruka awake.

"What... Hanbin... uhhh what?" Haruka was still half asleep as she sat up and rubbed her eyes.

"Ugh hurry up!!"

"ALRIGHT I'm going I'm going..."

In about 45 minutes we were finally on YG's campus. Home of past students such as 2NE1 and Big Bang, YG was definitely full of talent. Just by looking around at the students I could tell it was a very different place from Big Hit. Everybody was working non stop even while walking, not wasting a second of time. We wandered around looking for the small circle of grass Hanbin had mentioned.

"Hayoung I think we're lost..." Haruka said exasperated from trying to read map after map. She wasn't the best at reading maps, or directions.

"No we're not lost, I think it's just around the corner." I confidently reassured her even though I knew we were lost.

We continued walking for another ten minutes, until we finally found a grassy circle with a group of boys practicing a dance routine.

"HANBIN!!!" I yelled, immediately recognizing my friend. I ran towards him to give him a hug to make up for the past years I hadn't seen him. Hanbin looked a lot more mature from when we were younger, but his eyes were still the same. They were full of confidence and kindness. Hanbin was somebody who knew exactly what he wanted to do in life.

"Hayoung!! Haven't changed a bit. I missed you! Still can't dance I assume?" He teased as he pinched my cheeks like I was still 10 years old.

"YA!! I'm working on it! Also, for your information I'm actually not that bad of a dancer. I'm in the ADVANCED dance class. Hmph. Also, don't do that" I whined, pulling his hands away from my face, "I'm not a kid anymore!!"

He laughed and asked "So are you going to introduce me to your friend back there?"while gesturing at Haruka who was looking quite flustered at the moment.

"Oh yeah Hanbin, this is my friend Haruka! She's also a trainee at Big Hit with me."

Haruka gave a smile and waved.

I then looked over at the two guys behind Hanbin. He motioned them to come say hi. A guy with jet black hair and a grey beanie began to open his mouth to introduce himself but before he could say anything a voice said, "Kim Jinhwan."

I turned in surprise to find that Haruka had said his name.

"Uhhhh Haruka you know this guy?" I asked, confused. She nodded with a straight, slightly hurt? face. "Yeah. I used to be really good friends with him."

"Well thats great you guys know each other!! I'm Hayoung by the way." I added as I greeted Jinhwan.

"Hi I'm Kim Jinhwan" he said.

Another guy with combed up brown hair hidden beneath a cap began to introduce himself.

"Hey I'm Goo Jun Hwe."

Haruka and I both said hi back and introduced ourselves as well. Ooh he's cute.

"Now that we all know each other, let's go eat!!" Hanbin announced.
