Nothing's more boring than watching a 'variety' show on tv, watching idiots trying to make a fool out of themselves.

Kinuha ko ang newspaper na nasa gilid at binuksan iyon. 'Gamblers, imprisoned for selling drugs and illegal gambling.'.

"Kung gagawa sila ng masama, mag-ingat naman sila." I murmured.

Napatingin ako sa gilid ko nang napansin kong may nakatingin sa'kin.

"Coffee's ready, kumuha ka na lang ng sa'yo, kuya."

Tumango lang ako at pumunta sa kusina. I poured coffee in my cup.

Before anything else, I am Haruki Aidan Realton, currently in grade 12.

I took my cup and sat beside my sister.

"How does the coffee taste?" Tanong niya.

I took a sip. "Surprisingly good."

"Well, what do you expect from your sister?" She said proudly.

She's Akari Delilah Realton, my younger sibling. Currently in grade 8 and could possibly be the best sister you can ever ask for-I am being sarcastic.

"The King and Queen is holding a grand ball for their daughter's debut tomorrow!"

Napatingin ako sa tv pagkarinig ko nun.

Yes, democracy to monarchy real quick but still, nonstop crime issues. That's what happened to the government, from democracy to monarchy. Changes occurred, it's 2050 after all.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not interested with the new kind of government we have nor do I agree with it, but what can we do?

Napatingin ako sa kapatid ko na todo titig sa tv.

"'Wag mong sabihing naiinggit ka na naman kasi nakasuot sila ng corona at nakasakay sa isang carriage?" Pang-aasar ko sa kanya.

"Not really, tanggap ko na na galing lang tayo sa isang normal na family. But we're rich and complete, there's nothing else I can ask for." Sabi niya at inipit ang buhok niya sa tainga niya. "I just find it strange, kuya. The King and Queen has never introduced the Princess to the public before, why only now that she's turning 18?"

Napakunot ang noo ko. Ipinatong ko ang ulo ko sa isa kong kamay. My sister has a point there.
