Chapter 25

After 3 months
Laura's POV
I was walking in the woods with david laughing and singing then out of nowhere a black wolf jumps in front of us. I directly push david behind me. " jace  could you stop it i know it's you like when we were young. Now any minute coltan will jump out and pretend to save me." I said not caring. "Mommy that's not jace jace has brown hair." David said. Oh my god we are so busted. What am i supposed to do?! Then another wolf comes out and they fight i covered david's eyes he's young he shouldn't see these things. Then the one that attached us died. "Shift" i said to the wolf. I then picked up some short the pack always hides just in case. After he shifted he was a boy who looks like he's 20 21 years old with black hair and a well built body and he's got green eyes. " who are you?!" I asked him. " i'm justin. My pack was attacked by rouges and only few of us managed to escape." He said. " ohh that's so sad. It's hard to see everyone you love die." I said to him. " yeah it's so hard i saw my little brother get his heart ripped out by a wolf it's devastating." He said then sat on a rock with his head in his hands. " you know i wish they killed me instead of him. He's a young boy who still hasn't seen anything from the world. He's only 7." He said with a tear rolling down his face. He made me feel so bad it's so hard to see the people you love get killed in front of you. " you're looking for a pack?!" I asked him. " yeah i hope the alpha here excepts me" he said. " well he will don't worry you've been excepted by his mate so he wouldn't have any problem. He's kind hearted ." I said to him. Then we walked back to the pack house. "Mommy i'm thirsty." David said to me. " is it ok if i took him to drink water?! You can go if you and talk to the alpha." He said . I just nodded and went to look for coltan. I entered his study and it was filled with people. "Where is he?!" Someone shouted in my face.  "Respect yourself when you talk to my mate." Shouted coltan and hit his hand on the deck. "Babe where is david??" Asked coltan. " he's downstairs what's going on?! Who are you guys?!" I asked. "I'm dustin david's older brother and she's my sister dove. Now could you call him?!" He said to me. " you're taking him away?! "  i asked him then looked at coltan and said " they're taking him?!" He nodded sadly. No no my baby they can't do this to me. Then david walks into the study and stands next to me. "Hey little bro how are you?! It's me dustin" dustin said. David hid behind my legs. "You can't take him away. Coltan they  can't. " i said a tear running down my face. Coltan runs to me and hugs me. " babe shhh don't cry. Just go now with david." He said. " mommy i don't want to leave. I love you so much." Dave said to me. " i love you too. But they are your family. They love you too it's just they were passing through a hard time you know when the hard time was over they came for you. " i said and hugged him. It kills me to let him go but i have to they are his family. "Excuse me luna he's bag is packed." Said the maid. " thank you just leave it there." I said to her. I got a photo of the 3 of us and put it in his bag. " hide this picture treasure it. If we never see each other again just know you are in my heart." I said to him and hugged him one last time then told him to go downstairs. After he went down i ran out of the house and went as far as i could. I reached a river i sat they with my back to a rock. "She left like 2 hours ago you should get your nose checked. She's a busy woman. I wuv you mommy. Mommy how much do you love me?! Mommy mommy mommy" all his words were repeating in my head. He's laugh he's silly jokes everything about him. I wake up everyday to see he's smiling face and now he's gone. GONE
David's POV
I went down i don't want to leave i want to stay with mommy. Dustin was always mean to me he mocked me. But dove was kind of nice to me. "Davey kiddo" daddy said to me. "Daddy" i said then ran into his arms." I'm going to miss you. I promise to try and visit you ok." He said to me. " i'll miss you too daddy." I said to him. "Should we leave now?!" Dustin asked. Daddy nodded sadly. Dustin came and hold my hand. He walked me to the car and smiled and me " little brother oh boy did i miss you . " he said that then messed my hair . I looked out the window and watched as we passed the pack house. I'm going to miss everything here. Especially mommy and daddy.
