No Way

Chapter 1

I hear a little bark and a soft but wet lick on the cheek. "Eww... Pancake!" Pancake jumps on top of my stomach, wagging her blocky white tail. Her light blue collar sitting around her neck and her black eyes filled with joy. I sit up, my platnium gold hair with some dark blue stripes fell to my side. "You're hungry, aren't you?" Pancake jumped off the bed and sprinted towards the kitchen. I get off of my red wooly bed and head towards my mirror. I fixed my hair, and pulled my white hood above my head. My blue jean shorts were still as dark as they were before, and my black knee high boots were just as pretty as when I saw them in the store. I walk into the kitchen grab some steak and throw into Pancake's bowl. "Come and get it!" Pancake sprinted back into the kitchen and started to dig into her steak. I smile roll my dark ocean blue eyes, and grab an apple with a water.
**Time Skip**
Once we were finished I grabbed my stack of emeralds and headed out the door with Pancake beside me. As we walked out I heard lots of loud voices coming from the village. I whistle over my horse, Midnight, jumped on her back, and rode into town.
When we got to the crowd, I jump off, grab my diamond axe, and make my way through the villagers. "Lady Kai!" "Garroth, what happened?" "This scoundrel was found trying to steal a pumpkin pie slice from the baker!" I look over Garroth's big shoulder to see someone about my age, he had a purple and white jacket on, charcoal black hair, and purple shoes. I walk over to him and stare at him. His brown eyes filled with confusion and worry. "I'll take him." "But Lady-" "Garroth, it wasn't his fault." I take his tan hand and drag him away from the crowd. I grab Midnight's lead and walk her. "What's your name?" "J-Jin." "Why hello Jin. I'm Lady Kai, lord of the Iceland Village." He finally looked over at me. "L-Lord?" "Mhm. My mother and Father used to rule it until their unfortunate depart from our world. So, they put me in charge." "M-My condolences.. M'Lady.." When we arrived to my house, I let go of Midnight, brought Jin inside, and sat him down on my couch. "Lord Kai-" "You don't have to call me Lord, M'Lady, or anything in between. Just call me Kai." He nods, "Are you hungry?" "Yes...but you don't have to-" "Rabbit stew or mutton?" "The stew...please." I smile, "Coming right up!" I click the grey stone button twice. A little food train comes through a little trap door, carrying along two bowls of stew. "Whoa...t-thank you.." I smile and sit right beside him. "So, Jin. Where did you come from?" "The Village of Budder. I came here to actually come and talk to you Kai." "About....?" "Lord Sky needs you to be on guard. The-" Suddenly a loud boom and a large light came from outside. I run over to look outside the window, the whole village was in flames. "No... we must evacuate.." I run over grab my bag and put some food, weapons, arrows, a bow, and some money. "Jin, catch!" I throw him a iron sword and slide over some armor. I call Pancake over and I put the little puppy in my bag. I run outside jump on Midnight, and look to see if there was any survivors. Nothing showed up. Just Garroth's horse, Pie, running over tensed and scared. "Jin! Use Pie. We're going to the Village of Budder."
