Fruits Basket

Yuki and Kyo Sohma are fighting like normal, but something is wrong wrong with Kyo, he seems distracted by something, and Yuki is determined to find out that it is.

Tohru woke up to yelling from downstairs, nothing abnormal. She sighed and got up, brushing her hair and teeth. She walked down into the kitchen and started on breakfast, it was a beautiful Saturday morning. Kyo was curled up in a ball, asleep on the kitchen floor next to the fridge. "Umm? Shigure? Is this normal?" Tohru asked the older man sitting at the table reading, Shigure looked at Kyo and laughed "No, but its funny." Tohru tried not to smile at Shigure and turned back to the breakfast she was previously making. Yuki walked downstairs, waving to Shigure when he sat down. Tohru smiled as she served breakfast, then turning to the still sleeping Cat on the floor. Tohru tried everything to try to get Kyo awake, nothing worked, so she grabbed something from the box nest to the knifes. Shigure raised an eyebrow, "Whats that Tohru." The girl giggled, "Catnip." she opened the bag and Kyo shot up, grabbed the bag, and ran out the door. He ran down a secret path, and out into an opening in the trees. He had a couple of cat toys around this secret area, what can he say, they are fun. Kyo sat down, and just messed around with the stuff he had.

Back at the house, Tohru was very confused. Shigure just laughed, "He does that sometimes, normally its when we come home with cat toys." Yuki smirked, "Stupid cat." Tohru pulled out some cheese from the small box, Yuki licked his lips, making laughed. Yuki calmly got up and took the tasty treat from his female friend's hand, and walked out of the door. He then busted out in a full on run, only stopping when he heard a certain orange haired man laughing, followed by the sound of a bell. Yuki took a bit of the cheese in his and followed the laughter. Once Kyo was in view, Yuki just watched, mezmorized by Kyo. Kyo was off in his own world, playing with a ball. They were like that for about ten minutes, then Kyo noticed Yuki. They were at a stand still, neither wanting to move. "What are you doing here Yuki?" Yuki was confused for a second, Kyo called him by his name, but he shook it off. "I was walking around and i heard you laughing..." Yuki's voice drifted off, he was blushing. Kyo scoffed, still playing with a toy behind his back. "Whatever just don't tell the others about this ok?" Kyo asked, almost sounding nervous. Yuki smiled "I won't, it better to have blackmail then to have everybody know about it." Kyo smiled, "Lets go back home, ok?" Yuki asked, taking a bite of cheese. "Yeah, lets go, and this," Yuki pointed to the cat toys laying around, "only stays between us." Kyo nodded, "I'll keep quiet about what I read in your diary last night." Kyo smirked, and Yuki blushed. "Y-you read that?" Yuki asked, studdering. You see Yuki kept a secret journal, and in said journal he had written about a certain hot headed cat. Things he promised himself that no one would ever find out, especially Kyo himself. Kyo walked closer to Yuki, naming the different things in that journal he found, each and every one making Yuki blush darker. Yuki walked back into a tree, and Kyo trapped him between his arms, looking into his, abnormal but captavating, lavender eyes. "So you love me?" Kyo leaned closer, holding back a smirk that was creeping onto his face. Yuki nodded, taking a deep breath, he opened his mouth to speak. Kyo took this chance to put his lips on the other male's. Yuki's senses left him, he wrapped his arms around Kyo's neck, making the kiss deeper.

Back at the house, Tohru was humming a song she had heard somewhere, and Shigure was actually writing for once, running his fingers though his raven hair. Tohru was curious so, even though she knew it was wrong, looked at what he was writing. Reading over his shoulder, she was captivated by his writing style. The story was about two people, one was a black haired writer, the other was a young girl in her second year of high school. The younger was in love with the older, but she could never say anything about that because of certain reasons. What she didn't know was that the man had the same feelings. Tohru didn't even notice when Shigure looked at her, a smile on his face. Once Tohru finished reading, she sighed "That is a really good story. " Shiugure blushed a little and thanked her. Tohru went back to cooking dinner. Yuki and Kyo ran into the room, Yuki's shirt was unbuttoned, and he was holding his tie in his hands. Kyo wasnt wearing a shirt and he was buttoning his belt. Shigure smirked, "Did you boys have fun?" Kyo glared at him, "Our fight got out of hand ok?" Tohru smiled, and served breakfast. Kyo and Yuki sat next to each other and ate in silence. Once they were done, both boys ran upstairs to Yuki's room. Tohru questioned it, "Hey Shigure? Why did they run out?" Shigure smirked, "Reasons my dear, reasons. "
