Naruto

Naruto's pov

     Pervy sage told me I have to be at the training field at 7:00 in the morning. Why, I have no clue, I don't want to be up this early. I stretched my arms and scratched the back of my neck. I stood up and walked to the bathroom, kicking some dirty clothes out of the way as I walked. 'Kit you need to clean this place up' I heard Kurama say in my mind, one of the many downsides to being a jinchurki is having a giant beast in your head reading your every thought. I shrugged and grabbed my toothbrush and put some minty toothpaste on it. I went to turn the water on, only to find it doesn't work. I sighed and rested my hands on the counter and growled, they shut off my water again. I tried to turn on the lights only to find they don't work either. What am I gonna do... I could go to the hokage tower and brush my teeth in the bathroom, I've done that before. Although I don't want to it's my only option. I went over to my closet and grabbed my normal clothes and changed out of my pajamas. I tied my headband around my forhead. I put my toothbrush in my weapons pouch and ruffled my hair because I'm just to lazy to fix it. 'Aren't you forgetting something?' Kurama asked me. I sighed, walked into the bathroom, and grabbed the bloody kunai from under the sink. I took the rag from my pocket and cleaned the blood off of it and put the blade back where it was.

Jiraya's pov

     Naruto is late, I wonder why. I told him to meet me at 7:00 and its 7:30. Naruto is never late when it comes to training, so either he accidentally slept in, or something happened to him. I sighed and stood up, "I better go look for the brat." I said to myself before taking off back to the city.

     Where does Naruto live? I don't actually know, he never told me. I looked around but saw no one that could help me out so I started walking around to try and find someone who knew where Naruto stayed. I kept walking around until I saw a Jounin standing just outside a house door, he had a kunai in his hand and he was saying something, I couldn't make out the words. I stepped closer to see what was going on, the Jounin counted down from three before kicking down the door and walking in. "What the devil is going on here?" I asked, confused. I walked into the building, not like anybody is going to stop me. The Jounin looked around before dropping his gaurd, "He isn't home, we got him out. Lock it up and tape the door." Now I'm even more confused, what is going on? "Excuse me, what is happening here?" I asked the man standing in the room, he turned to look at me "M-Master Jiraya, the tenant of this apartment hasn't paid his bills in two months, we were told to shut off the water and electricity and we are supposed to evict them." Jiraya had an emotionless look before asking, "And who is the tenant?" The Jounin replied saying he didn't know and I simply walked out of the apartment.

Naruto's pov

     I looked at the time after I got done in the bathroom at the hokage tower, 8:00. Pervy sage is going to kill me! I took off running to the training grounds, hoping he wasn't too upset. By the time I reached my destination I was completely out of breath. "You're late." I looked up at Jiraya and nodded, "Yeah sorry about that, something came up and.. Yeah." I scratched the back of my neck in embarrassment. His looked turned into one of amusement and he laughed, causing me to crack a smile too. "So what are you planning today Pervy sage?" I asked, my normal goofy grin on my face. "Chakra control." I groaned and rolled my eyes, "What?! I've already mastered that!" Jiraya looked back at me, "It's never a bad idea to brush up on basic skills." I sighed, no getting out of this one.
