--Steve and Natasha are back home and Natasha has one last appointment before birth she is suppose to give birth and the next week or so. Clint's family is visiting Washington D.C for a few weeks. Laura and Clint are sleeping in Natasha and Steve's guest room as Nathan sleeps in a crib and Lila and Cooper sleep in the living room--
"Hey Clint, Natasha and I are gonna go is that okay?"said Steve
"Yeah tell me how it goes"said Clint trying to calm down Nathan.
"Okay we will be back in a few hours"said Natasha and Steve leaving.
--Its been a few hours and they're waiting for the results as the doctor comes in--
"Hello Black Widow and Captain America"said the doctor sitting down and typing on the computer.
"I don't want to know the results"said Natasha about to cry.
"Why not Nat"said Steve looking at her surprised.
"I don't what to know if the child is dead"whispered Natasha about to cry.
"Natasha were gonna find out sooner or later"said Steve
"I don't want to find out now,just a few more days Steve I need a few more days"said Natasha
"Okay"said Steve.
"Ill just type this down and you guys can leave"
"Got it"said Steve looking at Natasha crying.
"Okay you can go"
"Thank You doctor"said Steve holding Natasha's hand.
--They go out to the car and start driving--
"Are you mad at me, Steve"said Natasha trying not to cry.
"No I'm not mad"
"Yes you are I can tell"
"I just wanted to know today. Okay, I'm not mad I was just surprised"said Steve as he parked the car.
"Well I'm sorry"said Natasha getting out of the car
"I'm not mad I understand"
--Steve and Natasha go back to there apartment--
"How did it go"said Clint
"We didn't find out"said Steve helping Natasha sit down.
"Oh Okay"
"Steve will you draw with me"said Lila
"Sure"
"Come with me"said Lila going into the other room.
"Okay"said Steve following her into a room where no one can hear them.
"Uncle Steve what is wrong"
"Hey you're calling me Uncle"
"I am,now what's wrong"
"You know how you're aunt is pregnant"
"Yeah"said Lila coloring.
"We might lose the child"
"I'm sorry"said Lila
"Its okay"said Steve
"You know what will make it better"said Lila
"You marry her"
"I guess that will make it better"
"I really want a cousin"
"I really want you to have a cousin too"
"Steve can we talk"said Natasha walking towards Steve.
"Yeah where"said Steve walking towards her.
"In our room"said Natasha going there and Steve following.
"Whats wrong"saod Steve holding her hands.
"Were gonna lose our Child aren't we"said Natasha crying.
"Shhh Natasha we don't know that for sure you have to stay hopeful"
"I can't, I wanted a few more days to pretend like this was real but it's not it's just torture now"said Natasha crying on his shoulder.
"Everything will get better"
"What if it doesn't"
"It will"
--Natasha and Steve spend the rest of the day with Clint's family. Natasha tries to forget about the baby but it's so hard. Later that night Steve, Clint, and Sam go out for some drinks. Clint told Sam about what's happening with the baby and they try not to mention it because they don't want to hurt Steve's feelings because he has been doing so well with this whole baby thing. They go to some random bar and each of them have a drink. But it doesn't really Matter how many cap has because he can't get drunk. They where talking to each other when Steve gets a phone call--
"One second guys"said Steve getting up to take the phone call.
"Steve"said Natasha worried.
"Yes Nat"
"I keep getting sick and my water broke and I'm on my way to the hospital with Laura and the kids and I need you"said Natasha scared.
"Natasha it will be okay. Ill meet you at the hospital"
"Okay hurry, I don't want to lose the child without you"
"You won't"
"Just hurry"said Natasha ending the call.
"Hey I have to go Natasha is in labor"
"Oh she is we should take you there"saod Sam standing up.
"We should get going"
--Natasha was on a bed and the doctor knew how important she was and how important the father was. It took Steve not to long to get to the hospital. When he got there he ran in and all the doctors knew who he was and why he was here and they lead him straight to her. Natasha was waiting there with Laura scared to death--
"Natasha"said Steve coming sitting next to Laura and grabbing Natasha's hand.
"I should go check on the kids"saod Laura getting up and walking out of the room.
"Steve I'm scared"
"You don't have to be scared I'm here"
"Steve"
"You're gonna be okay"
"Steve if we don't have the child promise me that you will make things better"
"Natasha were gonna have a child"
"What if we don't"
"I promise I will make think better"
"Thank You"
