I've seen Bigfoot. He's not a monster, he wears hiking boots. They're size 12, he's not what people say he is. (The night my cat died you skipped soccer practice to come to his funeral. You wore a hoodie and black boots. It rained.)
I've seen Cupid. He's bad at archery, but he's a lot smarter than people take him to be. Why else would someone trust a child with love? (Your parents got pregnant in high school, but you were never a mistake. Your dad got a job at Mark and Vinnie's Music Store.)
I've seen God. I'd never believed in him before, but he'd always believed in me. (You lit the birthday candles with me even when my sister sold my present to her to buy liquor from the drug store.)
I've seen a ghost. At the train station last night? (I think it might've been you.)
-I saw love, I just never felt it until last night (too-little-too-late)
