Draco's POV

As soon as I rode the train, I couldn't get my father's words out of my head. He must have realized it, too, that I had a thing on my Granger.

"You better choose your actions, Draco. I don't like that girl for you. One wrong move and the next, you'll know what happens".

I shivered in fear. I couldn't stamd the chance of her face being covered in... No. Keep your calm in place, Draco. You can do this. Or not.

I groaned in frustration. Of all people, why her? Dammit!

My mom had tried to hide it from him the whole summer. She  knew that Granger was a muggle. But why did she knew anyway? Was there something that my mother never told me about?

My thoughts vanished with the atmosphere as I caught sight of a ginger haired girl.

My Granger.

But what was weird was that she was alone. Ever since she, Weasley and Potter became friends, they were inseparable. One room after another, she was looking for someone. Probably the two idiots. I shook my head and took my private room. Yes, my dad being rich and all got me a room for myself. It is the size of three normal rooms combined. I wouldn't want anyone in, though. I had to clear my thoughts.

But before I began on thinking any further, a light knock on my door interrupted me. I didn't mind. I even smirked inwardly at the person asking for a room to stay. Granger. My flower.

I opened the door swiftly and gestured my hand for her to come in. She sat on the sofa. "You are utmost welcome in staying. Where are Potter and Weasley?", I asked at her. She glanced at my direction and mumbled, "Thank you for letting me stay. The other rooms are all full. As for Harry and Ron, I couldn't find them surprisingly".

I sat beside her. "You can get any food, play any board games in the cabinet beside you, lay at the carpet, or even in the bed, no problem. Feel at home. I don't mind", I said, trying to make a conversation. "Where are Crabbe and Goyle, by the way? I haven't seen them around with you lately. had any fights with them?", she asked. I shook my head with a 'no'. "I'd rather be alone first. But I don't mind your company here. I like you aura", I said, chuckling to myself. My third little lie, how nice. I just said I only liked her aura, but I liked her. Too much that it killed me deep in the inside.

She just meekly nodded her head, signaling me that she understood. I head my way to the other sofa and lay down there, so that in any case she might want to lay down on the bed due to boredom. And just like that, she lay down on one side of the bed, as if I knew what was about to happen. She patted the vacant side of the bed, inviting me over. I stood up and lay down there too. There was a long, disturbing silence between us. She started once again the conversation.

"Why were you placed in Slytherin? Not that I question the Sorting Hat's decision or anything, but you're a nice guy. I mean, c'mon, you argue with Harry and Ron, being the bad guy and all. But you seem so... inviting. In a nice way, of course", she laughed. I laughed a bit as well, enjoying her laughter while I still can. She later yawned and cuddled. She was staring at me. After watching her eyes droop, light snores came from her tiny mouth. I chuckled and smiled at her sleeping figure. I kissed her forehead with her ginger air that I love about falling onto her forehead.

"I question that too, Granger. I wish and longed to be in Gryffindor, too. It has been Hell without you".
