Hey. This chapter is dedicated to xxblagitxx because I was recently reading her awesome story 'Flash' and I loved it. Go check that story out, I honestly loved it SO much! I think I'll re-read it once I am done reading the stories in my library ;-p
enjoy!
I knock impatiently on Chase's front door. On the ride here to Chase's house, I planned out what I was going to say. The door opened and a very tired Chase stood there. He had a confused look when he saw me. He went to open his mouth but before he could say anything, I hugged him.
I hugged him real tight. "I'm sorry." I let out a whisper. Slowly but surely, Chase wrapped his arms around me. "I'm really sorry for blaming you." I say as I pull back. Chase had a small smile on his face.
"It's okay." He said. "Come inside." I walked into his house. We walked up the stairs and into his room. "Why aren't you in school?"
"I needed to clear my mind. I talked to dad and you were right, my dad does need happiness." I say. "So what do you wanna do now?"
"How about a movie?" He asks. I nod.
"Sounds cool." I say. Chase walks over to his CD shelf and removed Fast and The Furious. "Really? I've watched that movie more than 10 times! I can even say their lines better than them." I groan.
"I like that movie and we're watching it. End of the discussion." He put the move into the DVD player that he had in his room and started the movie.
*-*_*-*
"I cannot believe that we watched all the fast and furious movies!" I exclaimed.
"Well I can." he says rubbing his eyes. It was way past noon. Hazel came home, greeted us and went out with her friends. Even Mrs. Bones came home, but left shortly after her arrival saying that the hospital needed her.
"Sleepy?" I asked as I saw him yawn. He nodded and laid down on his bed. "Go to sleep. I'll go home." I got up but Chase caught my hand.
"Nah.... cuddle with me." He says. I raise my eyebrow. "I'm serious." He pulls me over to him and practically forces me into the sane bed as him. "Good night Cherry."
"Good night Chase." I say. A few seconds later, I could hear Chase's heavy breathing. I smiled as he slept like a baby. I was well aware of his one hand over my waist and the other over my legs, but I didn't shove them away.
After 20 minutes of trying to get some sleep-but miserably failing-I gave up. I turned around so now I was face to face with Chase. I smiled as I watched him sleep. He looked like a small baby. His cheeks looked so chubby that I could bite them. His hair was all ruffled and was sticking in all directions. His lips looked so tempting that I could kiss him now and never regret-
Wait what?
Why the hell am I thinking about his lips and kissing him? Or even describing him for that matter? Oh my gosh! Am I.... no no no! I think I'm just really tired. Yeah that's it. 'Cause I could never like Chase in that way. Or do I?
*-*_*-*
I woke up to someone shuffling through their closet. I groaned and opened my eyes to see Chase's head snap to me. He looked pretty guilty. "Sorry." He said. He walked up to me as I sat up. I squinted a bit as his room lights were switched on. Once my eyes adjusted to the light, I rubbed away the sleep in my eyes.
I looked at Chase who was looking right into my eyes and blushed. "Gosh that's creepy." I laughed and shoved his shoulder. That's when I realized that Chase is shirtless. Yes shirtless. My cheeks turned an even darker red.
