Chapter 7

Hermione's POV

"WHAT" like everyone in the room yelled.

"NOPE, NO I'M NOT HAVING HIM AROUND HER!" Draco and Harry yelled in perfect synchronisation, I tried to stifle a laugh but it didn't work Ginny and me burst out in a giggles. Everyone just stared at us Fred and George smirking in the corner. Maybe not the best timing. Oh well.

"Everybody calm down!" Magonagal said "as I was saying mr Weasley will be remaining at Hogwarts until space is available for his 2 month sentence in Askaban, and will be exiled from the auror programme.

"How long will he be here for." Draco said though gritted teeth.

"For about a month mr Malfoy." Magonagal replied sternly.

Crap, a whole month? I barely wanted to see him one day, urg I'll just have to get over it I guess. And then he goes to Askaban, I sang in my head. Do not start dancing Hermione do not start dancing I had to repeat over in over in my head.

"The lot of you are excused from classes today, I think I shall be seeing you at the slug club party tonight, I do believe seeing all of your names on the list." Magonagal voiced. Party. What party? I'm guessing it wasn't just me who didn't know because the whole room looked as confused as me. "Oh dears did professor Slughorn not inform you? Oh well at least you know now." Magonagal trailed off.

"Excuse me, we have some work to do." Ginny said as we ran out of the room together.

"Your common room?" Ginny asked.

"Yup, seventh floor snapes portrait, ignore any comments the password is remembrance, you go grab the dress magazines and ill go down to the kitchens and get some chocolate." I said.

"Yup, hurry Mione." Ginny said sprinting down the corridor.

"No, no, ghastly. Oh I'd love to see the professors reaction to this." Ginny said. It had been two hours holed up in my room going though magazines. "Urg this is hopeless'' I screamed and flopped back into my bed.

"Urg I know" Ginny screamed and fell back with me.

"Are you guys ok?"Draco and Harry tentatively poked their heads though the door. "NO" we yelled.

"Oh come on I'm sure there is something here." Draco said.

"Why don't you just wear what you wore to the welcome back ball?" Harry asked confused. Ginny'a face was hysterical. "Calm down Gin, he is a guy, guys don't know these things." I cooed. Her face went back to normal, unlike her matching hair and face were just moments ago. Draco tried to control his laughter but failed and ended up rolling off the bed and laughing on the floor. "Mature dray" I said leaning down to kiss him, but falling on the floor myself. "IM SO GRACEFUL" I screamed and soon everyone was rolling on the floor with laughter.

"Ok but honestly we need to get dresses." Gin spoke up.

"Crap'' I replied. "Hey Harry...is there any chance your beloved girlfriend and your amazing best friend could borrow your cloak?" I said sickly sweetly. Puppy dog eyes dominated the room even Draco helped. "Fiiine" he sighed.

"Yay" we all yelled.

"Manly Draco very manly." Harry joked. Merlin when did these two get on a first name basis? "Come on Mione!'' Gin yelled.

In Hogsmede

"Where to?" I asked.

We can't go back to the boutique where we got them last time, she's a good friend of flitwick'' Ginny said.

"Why to professors have to have friends" I yelled at the sky. She just laughed and dragged me away. "Hold on, why don't we just apparate?" I said.

"And this is why they call you the brightest which of her age. Come on'' Ginny dragged me away.

I really hated apparition, let alone without warning THANKS GIN. Where were we anyway? "Um gin.." I started

"Paris" she cut me off.

Walking into the closest dress shop we started trying on dresses again with not much luck. Why was there never many dresses that actually covered your ass anymore. "Gin what about this one" I said holding up a purple tight bodiced cocktail dress. "It would look amazing on you'' I exclaimed.

"Merlin it's stunning thanks Mione" she said tacking me in a hug "now for you.''
