Chapter 5

"He's mad at me! Who knows if he'll ever talk to me!" Selena sobbed in Kagome's arms. "That jerk! He didn't let me finish.."

"Oh, Selena.." Kagome didn't know how to make Selena to stop crying.

"He'll never look in my direction, He only likes you!" Selena cried.

"Quit your crying! Koga isn't worth it!' InuYasha said.

"InuYasha!' Kagome was annoyed by InuYasha's insensitivity."Selena is really hurt right now!"

"We don't have to time for this! We have to find Naraku!" InuYasha snapped.

"He's right.." Selena wiped her eyes. "We have to find Naraku. I shouldn't be holding you back."

"Finally, The first smart thing you say," InuYasha received a glare from Kagome.

"Sit!"she commanded. InuYasha yelped as he did a faceplant. Selena laughed. "Did that cheer you up?" Kagome smiled. Selena nodded, giggling.

"We should get going," Sango said. She had quickly dressed in her demon-slayer outfit.  " Selena, you can climb on Kirara with me and Miroku," Kirara changed from being a tiny cute kitten to a large cat resembling a saber tooth cat. Selena jumped on after Sango and Miroku.'Alright, let's go Kirara!" Kirara started flying while InuYasha carried Kagome and Shippo. Not far away,Sango noticed something and sensed it,"Kirara lets go check it out." It was Naraku's incarnation named Kagura.

"Kagura!"InuYasha yelled. Kagura turned around.

"Yo,"she greeted.

"Yo yourself,"InuYasha replied."Why are you here?"

"Just hanging around. I was bored but now that you came I can have some fun!" She took out her fan."Dance of Blades!" InuYasha took out Tetsuaiga.

"Wind Scar!"he called out. The wind scar blocked the dance of blades attack.

"Dance of the Dragon!" Kagura used another attack. Several tornadoes came at Selena. InuYasha carried her out of the way. "Hmph. You moved,"

"Hiraikotsu!" Sango threw her boomerang at Kagura.

"Dance of blades!" Kagura called out again. Kagome took out an arrow and shot it.

"I'll use Wind Tunnel!" Miroku was about to use it when the saimoyosho appeared.

"No monk! Don't use it!"Sango yelled.

"Kagura, get out of here!"InuYasha yelled.

"Dance of the Dragon!"Kagura again yelled.

"Backlash Wave!" InuYasha's sword caught the attack's energy and reflected it back at her. Kagura quickly moved out of the way. A Kurasarigama appeared out the forest almost hitting Selena.

"What was that?!"Selena asked. A boy with brown hair tied up and dressed almost like Sango came out.

"Kohaku!"Sango cried.

"That's Kohaku?"Selena whispered to Kagome.

"Lady Kagura, are you alright?"Kohaku asked. He looked at Sango but quickly turned away.

"I'm fine. Did Naraku send you?"Kagura asked.

"Yes. He wants you back now."Kohaku responded.

"Kohaku! You can't leave with her!" Sango grabbed her hiraikotsu.

"I don't know you,"Kohaku responded. The words hurt Sango. She threw Hiraikotsu.

"Hiraikotsu!" She had tears welling up in her eyes."If I don't kill you, you'll commit more crimes!"

"Sango!" InuYasha grabbed Sango's wrist, "Don't do anything you'll regret or you'll be in grief for the rest of your life!"

"I can't live with the thought of Kohaku under Naraku's spell!"Sango cried.

"What a sad story. We would love to stay but we gotta go.."Kagura was about to leave when a whirlwind appeared. It was Koga.

"Koga.." Selena couldn't believe he was here.

"Kagura, I still haven't avenged my comrades so I'll do it now!"Koga yelled.

"Please..I don't have time for this,"Kagura took out of her hair, a feather and it changed to a larger feather. Kohaku jumped on to the back."Later,"

"Get back here you coward!"Koga yelled when Kagura left.

"Koga!"Selena ran up to him and hugged him which caused Koga to blush. "I'm sorry for making you mad. Pleases, don't stop talking to me!"

"Selena.."Koga pushed her back," I came to talk to Kagome,"

"Oh.." Selena lowered her eyes, "I get it.."

"So what is it?"Kagome asked.

"Have you sensed any jewel shards?"

"No..I haven't in a while except Kohaku's,"

"Whose Kohaku?"

"He's Sango's brother and he's under Naraku's control,"

"Naraku won't stop causing people misery!"

"Yeah but we'll try to end all of that,"

"Kagome," Koga grasped Kagome's hands," because youre so confident and brave, you'll be my woman,"

"Yeah right!" InuYasha came in between them,"Why would she like a wolf?"

"I'm shocked she's with a mutt,"

"Why you.."InuYasha began to grab Tetsuiaga.

"InuYasha..sit,"Kagome quickly commanded."please calm down. Don't start a fight,"Kagome calmly asked InuYasha,who was on the ground."Sorry Koga,"

"Don't worry Kagome," Koga again grabbed Kagome's hands, "whenever you're tired of that mutt, let me know,"

"Uh..ok,"

"Koga,"Selena wanted to say something but she couldn't, "Se you later,"

"Later," Koga ran off.

"You ok, Selena?" Kagome asked.

"Yeah," Selena turned around smiling, "I'm just fine,"
