-EDITED-
Song: heathens-twenty one pilots
Hello people!

I have edited and rewritten this chapter, I tried to make it longer but that was all there really was to write as I don't want to change the story line. Btw the song was from before I edited so hopefully my song choices improve.

-I love holding u-

I had just finished my 5000 word essay and was now leaving the schools library. My phone screen read 11:37pm so due to the cold approaching winter the sun had already sunk under the horizon. Luckily for me the university I attend keeps the library open all night for people who need to finish things off or for if someone had a brilliant idea at night. Although only a few people ever used it at night it was still useful to have it there.

I make my way out of the school through the gate and walk down the street, approaching mine and my roommates student accommodations. The lamppost filled the streets with a glaring orange tint. Only the occasional couple were left out at this time, walking past in each other's arms after date night.

I keep me eyes trained on my feet as I take step after step, going home was always the best part of the day. I know, most people think that but I find it satisfying to just get lost in your brain sometimes and going home is normally the best time to do that.

Approaching the driveway that leads up to my apartment buildings I unzip my jacket and fish out my keys from my pocket, getting ready to place it on the hook next to the door. A shout breaks me out of my trance, turning to see if its my neighbour from across the street, instead I am greeted by a glaring face only a few inches away from my own. I jump back in fright, tumbling backwards as I trip on the curb. A musty damp cloth covers my mouth and nose, I assume that ingesting any aspect of this cloth is unhealthy due to stained appearance. Guessing that it's doused in chloroform I hold my breath and pretend to faint. Although generally it's an unrealistic fall I slump into the door frame. One of the people from before hoist me into their arms whilst mumbling something under their breath, something along the lines of "I love holding you". I flop in their arms uncomfortably, I'm not sure wether the position or the words the person spoke made me uncomfortable but either way I cringe silently at my current predicament.

Through squinted eyes I can see that the figure starts to carry me towards a faded black suv that I must have missed earlier as I don't recall seeing it. We approach and as we reach the 10 meters away mark I struggle suddenly and flip out of their grasp and plummet towards the ground. Gracefully like a cat I fall on my hands and knees.

Not wasting any more time I immediately  scramble up on to my feet and start sprinting away disorientated, unsure of which direction I was headed, while screaming I was starting to get a grasp of my surroundings again and had nearly reached a main road again when I was rugby tackled sideways, hitting my head on the concrete pavement in the process. I tried shouting for help but it was too late. I was already unconscious my mind blank.
The last thing I vaguely remember is someone saying "what have you done u better not have killed her!" But I am unsure when or where that was said or even if I had imagined it.

I know this chapter is really short but they get longer after a while. I just wanted to make it so the chapter ends when she faints so that there isn't any confusion.
